Pacquiao wanted Lomachenko, but Lomachenko didn't want that smoke.

Pacquiao wants Mikey Garcia, if no Fluid Jr., after Adrien Broner.

    Pacquiao chasing young hungry lions.

Pacquiao old ass don't want smoke from Bud or Spence, doe. Understandably because Pacquiao has spent the last decade giving up significant size/weight advantages to dudes aside from Bradley/JMM. At age 40, he doesn't have the stamina, legs, workrate to beat up Spence or Crawford.

Hes always been this way. He fought Barrera in his home turf for 300 grand. That's insane. 300 grand to fight at the time the biggest icon in the sport.

Actually his purse was 700K but he only received 300K BEFORE taxes. His promoter and manager took most of it.

    Pac has nuts of steel.

By far the greatest fighter in decades.

The only thing Pacquiao is chasing are low risk, medium reward fights with C level fighters. Instead of p4p elite crawford, he fought completely unheard of jeff horn. They had the same promoter so that wasnt the issue. Instead of hard hitting undefeated keith thurman (called pacquiao out many times), he fought feather fisted bradley for the THIRD time. Instead of Spence or Garcia (who he called out), he fought the mediocre C level Jessie Vargas. Instead of a potential Shawn Porter fight (which has potential hype because they sparred and porter called him out) we got...past his prime Lucas Mathyse, who wasnt even that great at 140 and is garbage at 147.

Now apparently he might fight...Adrian Broner who has 3 losses and a draw and no good wins at all in the last 4 years. Yes he's young, but he's no lion, more like a defanged bob cat.

Cut the nonsense, its not a coincidence Pacquiao has somehow managed to maneuver his way around fighting any elite prime welterweights the past few years.

Broner and Garcia both admitted that they turned down career high $4 million dollar pay days to lose to Mikey and Thurman for much less money.

You got too much hate for the Pacman, son.

That is admirable. Hopkins was doing the same. Yet you have much younger guys acting like pussies.

Lomachenko, Crawford(two of the best p4p for me) wouldn't be even close to his record at the end of their careers. His only - is that he is not american or britain, mexican is also a good citizenship for a boxer(don't get me wrong, i haven't problem with his citizenship).

He has the best resume in the past 3 decades. His resume is literally better than Ray Leonard's and Alis. The only fighter with a resume better than Pac since like the 50s is Roberto Duran.

Floyd is far better than him, greater too in a historical sense

One of the overrated fighters of this era.

Greater than Pacquiao. Sure you can make the arguement. But the arguement will fold pretty quickly.

There is pretty much no argument to be made for Floyd being GREATER than Pacquiao. Other than he won H2H. Which that argument is easily countered with Pac being far smaller and well past his prime when they fought.

Fold according to you, not according to historians, aficionados. Greater than Ray, Ali? LMFAO.

Floyd ranks ahead in ATG rankings, that's a fact

Ali's win vs Foreman is greater than any of Pacquiao's wins, actually probably all of them combined! That being said, Ray's win vs Hearns is better than Pacquiao's wins x100

There is also depth to be considered. Actually give an breakdown of why FMJ is greater than Pac yourself. And the argument collapses very quickly.

It's already been explained, countless times throughout the years. Even aficionados and historians see it as such. You're going to have to deal with it

Pacquiao's resume is thin and most of his wins are tainted because of catchweights, draining, over the hill opponents. He also never beat Marquez in any of the 4 fights. That's something that has to be considered. Marquez beat him 4 times.

He has never truly beat a fighter who was in their prime, even Barrera was already past his prime.

The only fighters who can be compared to Floyd are guys like Sugar Ray Robinson.

It's the truth. He's never beaten a primed fighter and most of his wins are tainted. If you can't see that, then you're wearing rose tinted glasses buddy.

He may be the 3rd greatest fighter of THIS era.

So the argument for not fighting broner is that he priced himself out and then continued losing fights?

Why is he about to fight him in January then?

    Lol.

And you didnt address him blatantly ducking crawford and the other prime welterweights and picking trash like mathyse and a pointless rematch with bradley.

This response is complete garbage. Pacquiao has no convincing wins over an ATG without needing almost half a dozen goddamn reamatches. Had to fight morales 3x, barrera 3x, marquez 4x (first 3 fights were extremely close), bradley 3x.

His best convincing wins are a B level Hatton ("good" win, not great), punching bag margarito, miguel cotto (at a catchweight), an oscar de la hoya who lost 3 of his last 5 and was severely weight drained, and a washed up old shane mosley who didnt even try. Mayweather embarrased him and then he lost to jeff freaking horn.

Compare that to leanard cleaning out his divisions at 147 and then moving up to 160. He has the fab 4, cuevas, benitez, lalondre, etc. Leanard was "the man" at 147, pacquiao was never the consensus #1 at any weight class and he doesnt have a single opponent on the level of a fab 4.

In other words, pacquiao has more sheer quantity but sorely lacks in signature great wins and even his "good" wins had asterisks* due to his opponents being old/drained or pacquiao needing a billion rematches to set the record straight. Yes leanard has less fights and less weight classes but even with that his resume is more impressive with more CONVINCING wins over PRIME fighters.

Not even gonna address the claim pacquiao is above ali. Your mother should be slapped for drinking while pregnant.
