People mistaking Fury's Twitter popularity with actual fight fans. They won't get 100K UK PPV's

Yeah this will do 500,000 more buys than Tyson-Holyfield 2...

    Wilder is seriously deluded.

    Why?

YouTube numbers are not bad, Fury is trying his best to sell this fight, but won’t be more than half million.

In US it will be max 300k, UK doesn’t really matter as ppv there is dirt cheap

    Dirt cheap = Realistic price

Charging 60-80–100 dollar for a fight is a ****ing robbery.

But yeah agree 3-400K buys, but that’s not that bad as GGG-Canelo did 1.1M, and Hearn said Joshua-Wilder would do 1M buys in the States.

Boxing is dead in the US now.

They will be lucky to do 200K buys. They cant even put on an undercard or sell tickets let alone sell PPVs.

I’ll be amazed if it does over 150K to be honest and that’s not just a reflection on Wilder but PPV in boxing as a whole is finished.

Typical of boxing this,on free view we’ve seen how millions will tune in and yet they’d rather tank in ppv figures instead.

It'll do less than half a million US and UK combined I reckon. **** poor undercard, decent names but, all in stay busy fights. As already stated, PPV is becoming redundant in the US, ticket sales for the fight are slow and I actually think that a lot of casuals will have been put off by the promo of the fight as its so obviously been staged, fake beef and all that.

On top of all that, I don't actually think that either Wilder or Fury are deserving of a huge payday. Furys looked like absolute dogs hit in his 2 comeback fights and Wilder is the biggest fraud in boxing today.

The only reason why I want it to succeed is so that the AJ/ Wilder fight becomes more plausible, no way on this earth is Fury gonna win.

Yep Fury gonna take his loss and pay cheque, can’t believe what we seeing anymore when they have two guys lined up to meet in the future as if nobody else has a chance of throwing a spanner in the works.

This fight could potentially do ok in the UK, but for all the wrong reasons. The UK is full of Joshua fans, and by default many of them do not like Wilder or Fury, so may choose to tune in simply to watch one of them lose. Mayweather made a killing from people tuning in for the exact same reason. Not that it will do Mayweather numbers, mind.
