So if Chisora pulls the upset, Anthony Joshua's two fights in 2019 are going to be Pulev and Chisora?

    Oh boy.

Yeah a big fan. If you was advising Whyte would you have done things differently, hand on heart? What kind of money did Ortiz offer Whyte out of interest?

He went on social media and called out Ortiz twice. Ortiz called his bluff twice and he ducked out. It’s pathetic behavior.

i doubt it will be Chisora. Pulev is a lock tho.
I think they want to have Joshua make his U.S. debut in 2019. That means Miller. Miller has been groomed by Hearn for a while now.

So I am guessing Ortiz made an offer to fight him with a contract offer? If not its not really Whyte's job to give Ortiz paydays, when its clear he would earn a lot more by fighting Chisora, Would you take £750k to fight Ortiz or £2M to fight Chisora? lets be honest. By all accounts Ortiz has chosen to fight Travis Kauffman and i must say I also like Ortiz, I hope all the top guys fight eachother at some point.

Chisora to beat that bum for the second time.

Whyte should be 22-3-0 not 24-1-0.

Still beats Wilder's 2017 run of Washington and Stiverne

Wtf are you talking about with these imaginary purses? Ortiz was willing to come to the UK and the purse would have been in the same range as Parker or Chisora. The opponent would have been a bigger threat. I cannot support that kind of behavior.

Ortiz specifically signed up for Kaufman because Whyte didn’t want it in the UK.

The days of selling out stadiums are coming to a screeching halt. It was fun while it lasted, though.

The Ortiz fight would not in a million years sell the same way Chisora sells and would be very unlikely it would sell close to what Parker sold for. As Parker was known to the casual fans with his AJ fight. Whyte got a million quid for the parker fight and being honest the ortiz fight would have been less than that without a doubt.

Yep, because Hearn didn't want to promote it that's why it wouldn't sell the same. You think Hearn isn't capable of running a "the man who almost beat Wilder" line for Ortiz and getting it hyped? It wouldn't be as difficult as you think, they don't want Ortiz cos he would school Whyte and highlight the need for a Wilder fight.

That payout was his base. He did better than that after PPV and he had to give Parker an even split down the middle. He’d do 2 million against Ortiz easily giving him 35%.

He did do better as the event sold big numbers. I would highly doubt he would do close to that pay against Ortiz. Based on what kind of PPV sales? as i dont think that fight even makes PPV in the UK. If it did it would need a very strong undercard and that also eats into the budget. I personally would love to see the fight just saying I can see why Whyte takes the Chisora fight over Ortiz with a much bigger payday and a fight agains AJ in the pipeline. Anyone would do the same thing.
