GGG likely heading to DAZN for Spring Return

If DAZN has all the top MW players except for Charlo and SD then they may as well get a tournament going.

 

I have a (very) slight hope that Eddie will sign Derevyanchenko (most probably as a copromotion deal, if SD's contract with DiBella/PBC doesn't expire anytime soon).
Serg is very cheap to get (he has an almost slave contract with DiBella) and he would be a nice addition to any card, he fights in a fan-friendly style, plus now, after the Jacobs' fight, he has some name recognition.

 

Still, they would never get Canelo/GBP to sign up for that, and Golovkin is unlikely too.
Still, if they can put the others in a roster it might be pretty cool. But they probably need those names to fight them or a turn base and make some money on that.

 

Yeah or they can do a mini tournament between GGG, Andrade and Jacobs and whoever wins gets Canelo. I would like to see Charlo his title shot aswell.

Guy is a warrior and deserves the big pay days. Just don't want a shot GGG losing to someone he shouldn't.

 

As a DAZN subscriber, I like it. The more fights among top fighters, the better. This will also gain exposure for younger boxers on the undercards.

 

Very serious. Golovkin feasted on mostly cans. He wasn't dominant against his two best opponents, and he's lucky Pirog's back got injured, otherwise he'd have been given a clinic a long time ago.

 

A perfect summary of the slow death of boxing. This 2 fight series was a huge blow to boxing casuals confidence in the sport. I have spoke to several people (both Canelo and GGG casuals) who have said they are done with boxing over these decisions. It is just sad.

I watched all fights of Gennady on DAZN before.
