How do you feel about women's boxing?

Love women's MMA...hate women's boxing.

 

When you have so few quality participants and such a small talent pool, if fighters are going to stay active and fight, there will be huge gaps in talent between opponents. A champion can be matched against a rank novice. This is poor for the spectators and downright dangerous for the fighters.

But that's enough about the current state of men's boxing. This is about women's boxing and that's crap as well.

 

Any sport starts at the grass roots.

As long as there are women who want to box, you have to entertain the sport.

Would anybody here discourage a female work colleague, from taking a charity boxing match?

 

Probably be more interested in it if the women fought topless like the men.

 

Women`s MMA fights are miles ahead of women`s boxing matches girls like Cyborg and Rosa Namajunas could probably beat a lot of men their same weight class.

 

Female gladiators used to sometimes fight topless, it`s said they were pretty good too!

If ladies want to box then i say why not, they take part in judo etc so why not pugilism.

 

Agreed. This mainstream world no longer wants women to be treated fairly, rather they want women to be something other than what nature intends.

A woman's breasts should NOT be punched on. Nibbled on, yes! Caressed? hell to the yes! Sucked on, 24/7, but to punch titties?

As far as skills, Lucia R stands out. Very skilled. And as Laila-All Lies found a wayt to not FIGHT The Ghetto ass Ann Wolfe, she somehow found a way to screw up the challenge from Lucia.

The craziest sport is having women hit the Summer's eve out of one another is that stupid panties football league. What has society done, that women will knock men for being chauvinistic, then turn around and be silent about women playing football in panties? JUst as I get ready to turn it off due to being offended, I can't turn it off!!! Because of all that ass hanging out them panties, when they sprint. When they're on the line of scrimmage and nothing but God beautiful booty...what a world, huh? Even the bull dyke lookin' ones make a man heavy, but I digress!

Never got into it. The quality seemed very low.

 

I'm all for women's boxing. There are some really good female boxers at my gym although there focus is primarily on MMA since that is where the money is for female fighters these days.

 

I'm not a huge fan. Elena Reid was really cute back in the day though.

Cecilia Braekhues seems like she could be the GOAT of women's boxing in time.

 

Never cared for it just remember Christy Martin fighting women who looked they never trained in there life. Woman's boxing always seemed to be on the bottom of women's combat sports. There's a reason why Holly Holm left boxing for MMA.
