In my humble opinion Wladimir Klitschko retired too soon he still had plenty to give

He retired at the right time. He doesn't need to do anything more.

 

He should just do action movies....forget about getting knocked on the head

 

He was past it in the Joshua fight.

Joshua was beating to the punch and the only reason he got back into the fight was because Joshua gassed out, which he doesn’t do anymore now.

 

Wlad should be ashamed of himself for losing to that jumped up bodybuilder Joshua, who hasn't even got a Mr Olympia title to his name. Some closes from the bomb squad, told me Deontay wants to make a sacrifice to the greek gods next year. And it so happens that after the bronze bomber deals with the obese Fury. Dr steelhammer is on his list for permanent retirement, lol.

 

Wlad started to look old even in Pulev fight, he could have retired much earlier

 

Stiverne had a better chin than Wlad and a better counter right, which was throwing Wilder's timing off. Wlad in 2015 wouldn't have survived being clipped like Stiverne was in 2015.

 

Have some empathy lol,Wlad was champ for ten years and retired a very wealthy man,why push it when you have your mind intact,only way would of been down imo.

I actually agree with this. Wlad is welcome to come back to get more work if he wants though. If undisputed happens then there's an opportunity for another payday. Dangerous work though as he'd get knocked out again and depending on the foe, viciously KO'd.

 

He had a 6-9 260 lb. guy bounce around and clown him for 12 rounds, then he got KOed by a guy with 15 fights. What does he have left?

 

He'd be a viable option as an opponent for Wilder (or Fury) if the Joshua fight doesn't get made.

If Wilder beats Fury & gets low-balled by Fast Eddie, they should give him a call.

Wilder will need some high profile opponents if he goes lineal. Klitschko fits the bill.

 

It does physical damage to continue on and (though minimal, I get it) damage to his legacy to continue on and lose. I would have been OK with him fighting a "goodbye" match against a faded dude ranked outside the top 15 in Germany last year. But ultimately he made the right call. I hope he does not come back at this point for anything. Unfortunate he got toyed around and wasted time with the two canceled Fury rematches.
