Lol stop. That's such a cop out. Taylor didn't choose to fight anyway. If anything Crawford chose to fight Postol's style by beating him on the outside which is Postol's strength outside fighting. I'm tired of guys making excuses for fighters you like. If this was a different fighter against a 34 year old fighter who should have been lost 2 of his last 3 and getting thoroughly dominated you wouldn't be fumbling for excuses. Taylor was at that level at the time. Can he improve and put together his skillset better with experience? Sure. But let's not act like this shot to ****ing pieces Postol is some elite fighter he took a risk on. Everyone and their mama predicted Taylor KO for this one.

 

I had no idea who the hell Martin was but I saw a SD on his record recently so I knew Taylor wouldn't have issues.

I actually think Prograis power could give Taylor issues. I think Taylor isn't durable, he has heart but he showed he could get hurt against Postol.

Ramirez is around the same level as those 2 to me. I think they're both really overrated and Ramirez underrated atm.

 

Very good performance. I'm impressed.. Brits produce a lot of euro/fringe world level guys but along with them they always seem to produce 3/4 world class fighter's every generation.. Frampton, Smith, Taylor, Joshua etc... Let's hope Fury can regain his form too. Prograis will be a helluva fight but I'm leaning towards Taylor...

Taylor barely scraped by and got hurt against a 34 year old postol coming off a humiliating defeat and getting a gift in his next fight. If you think 32 year old Postol is mediocre you're calling Taylor mediocre too.

Lmao. I can't tell if you're trying to mock me or tell the truth. I'd agree with everything you said except "very average". I think he's a good talent and has a lot of potential. But I really need to see him against top opposition because of now, his resume says he clowns mediocre opponents but struggles against a level above mediocre.
