Not on points, no. If it went 12 rounds, expect 8-4 or 9-3. But he could definitely hurt Loma on a good day, we've seen Loma is vulnerable. Those body shots looked great against Ryan Martin, and if he catches Loma consistently with those shots then maybe he can put him down.

I'd certainly go for Loma though.

Taylor tko, bit too big with talent for Loma me thinks, i mean don't get me wrong if Loma won be no surprise but i just think the size and talent of Taylor could be little too much. He could easliy fight at 147/154 in future and he's good to boot!

Sure didn't Mayweather scrape past and people had him losing against caveman Maidana, and everyone thinks Floyds a great fighter so Taylor can scrape by fighters too and so can others fighters.

A shot to pieces Postol is the same as Maidana now? Hahahaha. Caveman Maidana lmao, you mean the Maidana that hit Floyd in the back of the head, the nuts, etc? Not to mention Maidana was on a terrific run and had all the momentum going for him vs Postol who was 34 and coming off humiliated by Crawford and badly hurt in the fight after. Maidana would stop Taylor in 6.

Also the thing about Floyd vs Maidana is we have such a huge sample size that we know Floyd is great. Taylor hasn't fought one elite opponent yet, his best opponent is a 34 year old postol coming off humiliation by Crawford and a gift in his next. If Taylor had beat Prograis, Ramirez, etc, and fought an opponent that gave him no respect hit him in the balls, the back of the head, etc and he scraped by that's a different story.

I never said Taylor would become as good as Floyd or beat Maidana, I'm saying that all good or great fighters have fights on their resume were they scrape by! Your making out like Postol is a bum and for all you know Taylor could've had an off night and still beat Postol, he would probably beat Postal real easy in a rematch. You cant be at your best every fight! Why do you think Mayweather had them rematches then? huh lol

Postol is not a bum but he was clearly not in his prime. Dude was 34 had no momentum since he got humiliated by Crawford and then got a gift. I need a much bigger sample size before I think he can he even be competitive with Loma. He passes the eyetest against mediocre fighters like Davies and Martin spectacularly but he failed the eye test against a 34 year old Postol badly. Yes he scraped by, but everyone and their mama thought he was going to stop this Postol. I remember how everyone was already saying Taylor is going to outperform Crawford and stop Postol :risas3:.

Well i don't think anyone really thought Taylor would beat Crawford even if they thought he would stop postol, so you can rest easy :)

Nah I actually like Taylor because of how badly he struggled against Postol. I remember the usual suspects already gloating before that fight talking about how he was about to outperform Crawford against one of his best wins . Dude struggled, and got hurt badly against a guy Crawford absolutely dominated 2 years earlier and coming off his best win in Matthyse.

I actually don't care if people thought he'd beat Crawford. But he needs to fight Postol level opponents and above if I'm going to even say he has a chance against Loma. All he has is a size advantage. But great fighters can overcome size and Loma is clearly a great fighter.
