He's fought ONE guy I know in Prescott and Prescott has been irrelevant for so many years now. I didn't even know he was active tbh. He also has a SD against some random guy no one has ever heard of which is most likely a robbery. What do you mean decent? What are you basing this off, what wins?

How many wins over a top 50 opponent did he have at the weight?

Vazquez had a lot of relevant wins, that he didn't get credit for, almost everyone on the RBR scored his match against Mendez for Vazquez, and IB scored his match against Mickey IIRC something in the vicinity of 118-110 for Vazquez, aside from that, he beat Gesta, Shafikov and Bone. All far better wins than Reed, who's best win is Aaron Herrera.

It's because you're a boxrec kid. Martin was untested but has talent he just wasn't seasoned enough for this fight. Hell bounce back and he would spank Mike reed. Based on what? Because Ive seen him fight before and he usually has plenty of skill and speed. He was trying to walk Taylor down without throwing a thing like he was trying to absorb taylor, he usually fights of the backfoot.

Well I went for top 50 as he had at least one of those at the weight below.

I saw the Bey fight and I thought he deserved that win. It was close but in no way was Vasquez winning clearly against Bey. That was one of the ugliest fights ever. As for Mendez, hasn't everyone and their mama beat him? And those fights were at 135 right? Yeah resume wise Vasquez is definitely better than Reed. But we have to take in count relevancy, momentum, and weight. Reed wasn't jumping up and down in weight.

Boxrec kid? Lmao, stfu. Stop acting like some pretentious asswipe. Because I didn't know a guy who fought absolutely no one but a shot to pieces Prescott, I'm a "boxrec kid"? Stop. Did you see his fight that ended in a SD? Was that a robbery?

I did too, didn't score it on here, but I remember thinking it was a clear not even close to debatable win for Vazquez. Vazquez is hands down one of the trickiest pain in the ass type opponents anyone can be put in the ring with, he's not someone you throw a guy in with if you want him to look good, he thrives on making guys look awful, Taylor looked spectacular, and beat him more decisively than anyone... since he was the first guy to actually stop Miguel. It was an amazing win. By the way, Vazquez's loss to Canelo is debatable as well supposedly. There's a reason there's no footage of it.

    Here's IB's scorecard.

Yeah but Canelo was like 17 or some **** lol against a young and hungry Vasquez. The Vasquez Taylor fought was jumping around weights and wasn't fighting relevant opponents. I don't know we're going have to agree to disagree on that win beating an amazing win. I give that win very little credit.

He's done that his entire career no big deal with him. He beat Bone about a year before, far more impressively than Sergey Lipinets just did, who gave Mikey one of his toughest fights. Quite frankly Vazquez's win over Bone, and his robbery loss against Mendez are better wins than anything Mike Reed or Ryan Martin has come close to having. And he fought Canelo who was 16, when he was 19 in his first fight, then a year later when he was 20, they fought twice.
