In my opinion the levels will show here and Bellew will be withdrawn by his corner between the 8th-10th rounds. I think Bellew has done a remarkable job at convincing people he’s got a chance.
I would go for Usyk early. I really like Bellew both as a man and a fighter. I think he will try to take Usyk out of his comfort zone and will take risks in doing so, knowing that a points win for Usyk will be inevitable in a longer fight. I think he will be caught doing that
Haha could be part of it I guess. I just know if Bellew wins this forum will be full of people saying I told you so. So I want to know what they see now and not in hindsight. From what I can gather people either think Usyk has a glass jaw or Bellew has Deontay Wilder power. That seems to be it.
I want tony bellew to win but I just can’t see it! If he wins I’ll be overjoyed I’ll even have a bet on him to win by Ko in the later part of the fight 8-12 But only for the price the bookies are giving you For a non biased point of view tony doesn’t have a real chance barring the “Deontay wilder power” as usyk is for me a complete boxer and doesn’t really have to take any risks he can box and move all night frustrate tony and cruise to a UD People saying he needs to knock bellew out for the Joshua fight are crazy he’s wbo cruiserweight champion he moves up he can get a shot at AJ when he pleases and the uk casuals will watch because usyk beat tony who beat David Haye who smashed audley Harrison who won the gold medal so usyk must be “his toughest test yet” Joshua v me would sell 75000 tickets (Hearn would have you believe the transport packages are the ones still left) 1mill ppv buys because he is promoted perfectly to the casual fan he brings knock outs and people like brutality
I think that’s the extremes. I want Tony to win but if he does win I won’t be on here shouting I told you so because in reality I just don’t expect it. He’s probably got a 10% chance. Usyk hasn’t got a glass chin but I don’t think he’s Golovkin either. Tonys chin is tried and tested. He’s fought a bigger and more powerful fighter in David Haye, he took massive shots off him in that first fight before the leg went and he rode it all. Usyk isn’t going to stop him but there’s a gulf in boxing ability. If he weren’t a local lad I’d be writing him off to be honest but as it stands he has a punchers chance and he can definitely punch.
Sorted mate. Got a Usyk voodoo doll here, i’m gonna be stabbing it with a pin like that mad little Indian kid in Indiana Jones and Temple of Doom.
Usyk is all wrong for bellew. He's a southpaw, has a longer reach, much higher punch output and has a good chin. Usyk on points
Haye wasn't able to properly punch in those fight or get proper power in his punches because all of his weight was on his front foot. When Haye did put all of his weight in his punches, Bellew read them and rolled with them. I'd say Usyk's punches will sting him more than Haye's at this point as he is fully fit, in his prime, still has his speed and is accurate with his straight left out of the southpaw stance, which Bellew has always struggled with.
That's ok, because I have one of you I'll be sticking pins in to your arms, to stop you sticking pins into your Usyk doll!
No i was being a bit extreme as many people seem to think Bellew just needs to land. So from that i presume they think Usyk has a glass jaw or Bellew has Wilder type power, neither is true.
