Fury by UD: Wilder was always overrated, he doesn’t have boxing skills, he only fought with taxi drivers, Fury is still fat and Joshua would knock him out Wilder by KO: Fury had only one good fight against a mentally broken Klitshcko, he was using P.E.D, Fury is fat, he only came for the payday, but Wilder is still overrated and Joshua knocks him out My opinion is that Joshua is ducking both, and it’s gonna be very embarrassing when he is going to fight with Usyk, Callum Smith or fat****alreadyknockedout Whyte.
Fury will get an awful lot of credit for beating Wilder, I don't see how anyone could take that away from him
Fury would get credit, the question is can he do it again. There's a rematch clause and if Fury wins he has to fight Wilder again. Fury has a history of pulling out of fights, he can't stay disciplined for an extended period of time. So all the credit he gets for beating Wilder might get flushed down the toilet if he once again ducks a rematch.
If Fury wins he's taken out the world number 2 after a 3 year 27 stone coke and booze blowout and two appalling warm up fights. He will get plenty of credit and indeed he will then have two impressive wins away from home as well as the only belt he was yet to win. He will get plenty of credit for that. Wilder will get less because any reasonable observer of Fury's performances since he came back will be highly sceptical that this man is actually an elite level athlete any more. Wilder will also deservedly be under suspicion because of the cherry picking that's been a part of his career throughougt. The answer to that was to fight more elite fighters in their prime. He didn't do that, so he cops some flack.
All the experts getting asked, all the trainers, promoters, managers, fighters, pundits are all saying that its likely too early for Tyson, he needs a couple more tune ups. Thats why if Wilder beats him hes not getting alot of credit. If Fury is half the Boxer he claims and alot of people claim he should be able to school Wilder, so if he does how much credit does he deserve?
Not if you judge what Wilder haters are saying about him. After all he's a unskilled bum with a glass jaw who has never beaten anyone.
Wilder haters want Fury to get full credit for beating a so called bum, but Wilder if he wins can't get any credit at all? You can't have it both ways. Whoever wins deserves credit. If not you have no credibility and have an agenda.
The same people making excuses for Fury being out of the ring for 2 years despite having 2 fights before this one are the same ones who call Wilder a bum who has a glass jaw and beat no one of note. Yet they want to give Fury full credit for beating a so called bum in Wilder, but if Wilder wins it means nothing and he gets no credit because they will say fury was shot. They can't have it both ways
I don't rate Wilder much in the skill department but he's a physical specimen. I don't rate Fury much in the body department but he's got skills to spare. Ordinarily I'd expect Fury to clown Wilder and I wouldn't give Fury much credit. However, the Fury we saw against Pianeta was as rusty as a nail in the ocean, flabby, and I fully expect Wilder to land several bombs sooner rather than later flattening him, and, no, I won't give him much credit for beating the latest cherry picked slob he managed to dig up.
Exactly, can't be explained no other way than disliking Wilder, it sounds to me that even if Wilder beats Joshua, He is still "Cherry Picking", the guy can't win!
If Fury somehow beats Wilder, you'd have to be pretty dishonest to not give him credit. If nothing else Wilder has legit wins over Stiverne and Ortiz. If Wilder beats Fury, he deserves less credit, I think Fury is very much diminished. That said I think Fury still is clearly top 10 at the very least so it'll still be a legit win, but probably not as good as Ortiz.
It is disgracefull that Fury wouldn't fight Wlad while totally out of shape and having a severe mental break down. If there's anything boxing needs more of, it's people stepping into the ring while suffering from serious mental issues.
