I was watching this vid on the top 20 jabbers in boxing today and Charlo featured twice, once as a middle and then at 9:15 as a super welter and it looked like a different fighter, is he too slow at middle? Saunders looked much better at middle on the same vid featuring his jabbing. Is Saunders better than Charlo at middle?
Charlo hasn't fought anybody at all,so we don't know anything about his level. I see him as in the second tier middleweights, I doubt he's gonna be on Alvarez, GGG, and Saunders' level.
You're supposed to be a little slower. More weight, gloves. I haven't noticed a drastic difference myself. Can you link the videos you're talking about? I may be able to add context.
Oh I see what you're doing. No, those are different people. Twins. Jermell fights at 154 and Jermall fights at 160. Jermall and Saunders throw different type of jabs. Saunders is pretty much a pure output snapping jab while Charlo will usually go with a power jab. Power jab is slower and shouldn't be thrown with same volume but it does more damage and can set up shots better imo. This is actually a VERY bad video for jabs lol.
