Depends on how loma's body adapts to 147. But if he's severely undersized he'll have to fight like how pac fought margarito which i doubt because loma is not that huge of a puncher. At the very least he has to get his opponent's respect cause if not he will get smithed if his opponent just shrugs all his punches and walks him down.

Who punched harder Margarito or Horn? How many KO`s does Horn have? It was Manny`s footwork and angles that beat Marg and Loma`s footwork is better than Manny`s, the only problem for Loma at the higher weights is that he`s a come forward pressure fighte so it`s harder to elude shots like Manny did moving away from Marg and countering.

I would put money on a 118 lbs Loma beating 160lbs Horn

Doesn't matter who punches harder loma is outsized even at 135. If he makes 147 or even 145 comfortably he MAY beat horn but if his power doesn't carry or at least gets his opponent's respect he will get walked down. And no loma's footwork is not better than pac maybe equal or slightly inferior.
Loma can only go so far with his skills. In pac's case he has skills and enough power to make his opponents think twice. But really we haven't seen enough from loma at 135 the only one was against linares and it was a competetive fight where he got put on his ass but came roaring back. I will adjust my assesment after the pedraza fight.

I like Jeff horn, but its a odd question, horn v loma, giving the weight, but loma would put on a master class v horn.
I don't think horn is really a punches @ ww. He more a presure fighter n loma would outclass him regardless of weight.
    B a mayweather v gatti type fight.

No, GGG would knock him out in the first round, however Horn is a slow bum and wouldn't land a punch on Loma

This is an exceptional little man v a mediocre mauler/wrestler who's bigger that's all... This would be a drubbing & an exhibition in footwork & skill over size! Its like asking who'd win, Canelo or Sakio Bika! LOL

Loma is a matador, Horn is a teacher! With no Horn's! Except his name..

Styles makes fights. Loma is a skilled boxer who outboxes other fighters. His one loss is to a guy bigger than him who roughhoused him. Horn is basically a bigger stronger rougher salido. I think he bullies Loma and walks through his punches.

Horn probably by points or headbutt stoppage.
