Yep I've got him at number 2 behind Loma and ahead of Crawford.

    IMO
    Usyk's undisputed > Crawford's undisputed

Did Floyd's troubles against extremely limited Maidana hurt his rankings? (and don't forget that Floyd never came close to hurting Maidana, while Usyk scored brutal mid-round KO over Bellew).

short term they did. a convincing win over a good Hw makes having trouble here go away for the most part.

I think Crawford and Lomo are both interchangeable at that spot depending on how their year has been,it’s like splitting hairs.
Usyk though seeing as though PFP is a skill thing has to be up there.

In my very humble opinion beating Tony Bellew has neither raised or lowered his P4P standings. It was a very good win against a very good opponent but Tony wasnt the number 1 guy at the weight. The fight got plenty of hype, it was an occasion but there couldnt of been many of us expecting Bellew to win. To be honest i thought Uysk would start to turn the screw in the 5th and end it in the 6th.

    1. Lomachenko.
    2. Crawford.
    3. Uysk.
    4. Inoue.
    5. Canelo.

Thats how i saw it on Friday and thats how i see it now. Although i wouldnt complain at anybody swapping 2 and 3 around.

Gotta hand it to Usyk - going into the lion's den like that and dealing with a highly hostile atmosphere, then producing a highlight reel ko.... What a warrior.

Beating Bellew does nothing for his P4P standing for me. He had a better resume than Bud before that anyway. Look so long as him, Bud and Loma are somewhere in your top 5 it doesn't really matter anyway, those dudes are elite and we're fortunate to have them around right now

I already had him at #1 after shutting out Gassiev. I think the only man with a more impressive and relevant resume is Rungvisai, but Usyk gets extra points for becoming undisputed and doing it all on the road.

Bellew doesn't really add much to that claim to be honest, as I would definitely back Briedis and Gassiev to KO the scouse plum, too. All it does is add a highlight reel KO to his claim for fighter of the year.
