if he has to stay away from them for years, he might as well not bother. he is over thirty now.

Well, not necessarily for many years. Let's say for a year or two. Usyk is 31 — that's quite young for a HW.

not one relying upon speed. he should be done at cw as of now or stay there forever.

He won't lose too much even by 34-35. And that's 3 to 4 years from now. Lot's of time with a good promoter (when a boxer actually fights and not wastes years waiting).

we will have to agree to disagree on this one. he has cleaned out cw like no active fighter has cleaned out a division. his destiny lies at hw, rise or fall.

Chisora Whyte winner would be a perfect step up.

For his first fight as a heavie, someone not too big to start off with like Andy Ruiz.

Someone big with a bit of power like Helenius/Price/Breazeale if he's gonna move up.

Can't see that happening. The winner will fight Joshua, even if it's Chisora, Chisora will have gained Whyte's WBO mandatory status and it will be done as a mandatory defence and will likely be a huge fight. Chisora will be the plucky underdog veteran and Brits love a plucky underdog story.

Loser whether it's Whyte or Chisora would be more likely. Usyk builds his brand vs another UK fighter on the undercard of Joshua in April and builds further interest in a showdown with Joshua.

I agree he'd run circles round him, but there's a best part of 3 stone diff at the moment between them
