You know the fights were boring when half of the thread consists of people discussing movies lol.

Guess it’ll take a lot of coffee to watch replays tonight.

I watched these fights this morning and am surprised by all the controversy. I thought Breidis lost but certainly did not need robbery scoring to win (but two of the cards were awful, admittedly), and to me Glowacki won clearly.

A certain poster is known to score with his heart and not his head. He clashes with me often because I'm quite a logical and analytical person whereas he's quite an emotive and passionate person.

It's a shame that a different personality style cannot be overlooked by him.

Yeah he was a solid fighter and that shot Abraham sparked him out with would've KO'd an elephant.

Abraham was a beastly puncher in his prime down at 160 and I remember all those KOs. The Ghevor one is my favourite though.

Why don’t you quote him @CST80 rather than lip flap to others about him doe?? I’ve seen you do this on a few occasions. And his scorecards are spot on in the vast majority of fights.

And you’ve proven countless times YDKSAB or MMA. ;)

The Taylor one was absolutely brutal as well and he was impressive in the rematch with Miranda.

    This is just spectacular though

I have him my word I'd never quote him abain as per his request.

I don't need to know **** about boxing or MMA tbh. I'm here as a fan not an expert. All I need to do is enjoy the fights I watch :)

Oh, but you're not passive aggressive are you?

What? Are you trying to take my line away from me and make it your own now? Sorry, not going to work, because what you're doing and saying now is based on emotion and passion, your dislike for me is so overwhelming that it inspires you to compulsively (not logical or rational) post snarky comments on every RBR directed towards me, whether my scoring of the fight in question is deserving of a comment or not. So instead of being analytical and logical, you choose to be intellectually dishonest and ignore how competitive the matches were last night all in an effort to score petty points against a fellow poster you're passionate and ohhhh so emotive in your dislike of. You're nothing a **** stirrer and a troll at this point.

The fight was extremely competitive. As I said, extremely competitive fights can be scored 120-108. It's a flaw in the ten point must system, nay, in the round scoring system. For example Mayweather Vs Canelo was a competitive fight but I've seen people score it 120-108. Groves Vs Eubank was a competitive fight but I've seen people score it 120-108. As Glowacki was the underdog I routed for him, maybe that influenced my thinking he deserved the victory, I dunno. I just don't seen an outrage with the scorecards. Then again I don't see an outrage with many scorecards, it's a subjective sport and many close rounds can be scored one way or the other.

I prefer the way fights were scored in Pride, on a holistic whole fight basis.

I don't dislike any posters here. In fact the opposite. Posters on this site are all fans of boxing, so actually I have something in common with everyone here, we like the same sport. That means by default there's a positive bond immediately.

Just as an afterthought. It seems someone thinks I passive aggressively target them to get a reaction.

That person should know I agree with their scores on the Szpilka fight and the Breidis fight. I also was rooting for Donaire.

And here's the kicker, I never discuss politics on this site but I think Trump is one of the best things that could have happened to USA.
