Edward is looking to make it for spring next year.. (Assuming he beats Pedraza!) Yet openly admits it is just a money spinner & will be a disaster for Crolla  fair play....

His is a mandatory now though I think.. Anthony is a sound lad, he's earned his stripes & turned his career around.. (A bit like Bellew in some ways..) Not even a lump of concrete & two cat burglar's could knock him off course.... Putting together a string of wins over the likes of Perez, Barrosso, Burns, Yordan & only losing to the great Linares with two spirited efforts... So long as Loma gets to the chance to unify at some point in the near future I have no major problem with it really... Obviously it isn't a preferred option but mandatories are a part & parcel of being a champion...

    Crolla wins a close UD.

I agree with what you said apart from “Crolla wins a close UD.”

Are you crazy? Crolla gets taken apart

Maybe that's the Sky broadcasting team influence.
He has no reason to win, is up against it, but he's such a good lad... Crolla UD

I’m sure Loma’s learnt his lesson from that fight plus Crolla won’t fight as dirty as Salido, he’s got too much respect for that

"Spirited effort" = proven to not be at the same level on two different occasions.

Crolla isn't that good. Him against Loma is a terrible fight.

    Meh.
No point in seeing Loma fight anybody other than Garcia. Everybody knows he beats everyone else near his weight for the next couple of years.

Until he starts slipping, no other matchups excite me because of how certain the outcome is.

Linares gave him a good fight but I don't see him doing better in a rematch either since he is leaving his prime and Loma is still in his

Spirited effort is the word Jim Lampley used when an opponent of prime Roy Jones came close to winning a 10 second stretch of any round.

Loma is in a similar position right now in terms of his dominance at 126-135
