Mikey pulling a Haye/Fury? Don't believe he will.

 

I'm giving him credit for now, of course this fight is low risk high reward, if he loses he has a very good excuse because he is much much smaller than Spence. If he wins that cements him as p4p top 3-5

 

At this point I think he genuinely believes he has a good chance at beating Spence. So, he's not planning to pull out yet, at least.
But the situation might change closer to the fight (like a couple of weeks/one week before) or, especially, during the fight.

It's hilarious! Fighter just signs up for a fight so that means he will pull out of the fight.

 

The only thing Mikey is pulling out of, is your mom. he doesn't want to risk birthing another donkey like you.

 

I don't think Mikey will pull out, but with Spence refusing VADA testing he now has an excuse to pull out. I don't think he will though, but if he loses I think many will still consider him undefeated because he would have lost to a guy that didn't want to be drug tested.

There's nothing to suggest this. I think Mikey legit is trying to make a history grab
and thinks he has a chance. That being said, Spence is the worst WW he could try
this with............

 

Fools can't admit when they get it wrong. I know of a few threads that called Mikey out for saying he wants to fight certain fighters and it never happens. The fight is penned and now people are saying it won't happen, instead of giving him credit. Hypocrisy at its finest!!!

 

Looking at the top welters, I can see why MG went for Spence. Out of Crawford, Thurman and Danny Garcia, I say Spence has the most holes to exploit. Porter is too strong in my opinion. Still give a big edge to Spence. Very good fighter. Much credit to Mr. Garcia.

 

Is Spence refusing to test or just has not signed up yet? Just checked, Spence signed up for testing in Sept, 2018. Where did you get that he refused to get tested?

Porter is physically strong but he doesn't use it right all the time, is not a big hitter and woefully sloppy. He has glaring holes, especially when coming in. Mikey would have ample countering opportunities and as long as he can stand up to the clubbing shots he has a chance. Spence is a pinpoint accurate sharp shooting heavy hitter that can cut the ring off and is an animal to the body. That is a disaster waiting to happen for someone if they can't keep him off them.

I think Mikey would be up against it against all the WWs at the top though. He's not gonna stop any of them, and
quite a few of them are just as much if not more in terms of being physical specimens
