Nope, this happened last Saturday, and sadly no one gave a ****, I did, but I was caught up doing the RBR for Glowacki-Vlasov instead, and I've been meaning to get to it all week, since two former top tier guys like Gamboa and Juanma, its practically a crime for them to go nearly unmentioned, especially when they shared the same card, on a Boxing site like this.

    Round 1 Gamboa 10-8
    Round 2 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 3 Beltran 10-9
    Round 4 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 5 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 6 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 7 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 8 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 9 Gamboa 10-9

Beltran hyper aggressive, Gamboa goes on the backfoot popping him with a fast jab and two and three punch combos.

    Round 4 Gamboa 10-9

    Round 7 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 8 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 9 Gamboa 10-9
    Round 10 Gamboa 10-9

Fairly close 10th, Beltran really aggressive during the 10th, he landed several flurries to the body, but Gamboa landed the cleaner counters up top, they both looked mildly rocked late.

    99-90 Gamboa

Okay, got that out of the way.:D

For anyone who cares, watch the Juanma match on the first page, it was a really fun low level war, Gamboa looked good in the Beltran match, but if you don't want to waste your time with a by the numbers schooling, skip it.

It's about time we get Gamboa vs Juanma. Gamboa looked sharper but Juanma still has that power. As long as Juanma can still pull the trigger and capitalize on Gamboa's mistakes then I think it can still be an entertaining scrap. I'll watch it.

I'm inclined to lean in that direction, but Gamboa was super cautious, and safety first with Beltran, who isn't a huge puncher, so he probably will be with Juanma too, but if he gets crazy, he might walk onto a left from Juanma, Beltran caught him with several, and Gamboa is chinny, so who knows..

Too one sided, too slow, and too much holding to be a war.

Yeah, maybe, but it was pretty exciting for 7 in the morning. Mino showed a lot of heart and rocked Juanma several times, so let's just say it wasn't a dull affair.
