Not a damn chance, seriously. With Jack Reiss as the ref and CSAC doctor giving Wilder 30 extra secs after each round not happening.
Most likely, he even ref'd some of Wilder's fights in Alabama. He's the go to ref in Cali for big fights. Haymon has already instructed him what to do.
I wish I could comment on this fight. Both are enigmas that leave me scratching my head. May the best man win.
This is just such an interesting fight regardless of the outcome. No one actually knows whats going to happen on this one. Sure you can make a thread and you might get lucky with the outcome, but in reality this is one where there are too many variables to make a strong argument in any fighters favour. When people start their case with "HE WILL" it kind of discredits what they are saying. My decision changes from day to day, but right now i would lean towards Wilder. Great fight. Respect to both
I'm not really sure how well prepared Fury really is in this recent come-back. If this was Fury after the Wladimir fight, I would definitely be more confident in picking him to win but at the moment this is more in favor of Wilder.
Most people picking Wilder seem to be basing this on Fury's comeback fights. Fury fights to the level of his opponent, just look at his pre-Wlad fights. Despite all the clowning, Fury is no fool, he has Wilder's number and will outclass him.
Does a robbery concern you? I don’t see Fury knocking out Wilder. All wilder needs is 4 rounds to win
It's always possible but I don't see it, I think it will be too decisive for even the most outlandishly biased judges. Wilder's best shot is a lucky punch which again is possible but just don't see it.
Jack Reiss is one of the three WORST, along with Ian John-Lewis and Laurence Cole. He always gets overly involved, and does all he can to help the home fighter.
Fury could well KO Wilder too, True, but Fury beat Wlad in Germany on points when the fight was close enough for a robbery. He has a way of winning foreign judges over and has many fans stateside too!
