Intriguing fight. Buglioni is a solid domestic level fighter with good power and a fragile body / chin. Meng is a tricky southpaw with a very good amateur background, former Olympian who lost a razor close decision to Yamaguchi Falcao at the 2012 Olympics in London. Meng has decent power too. Could be a very good fight. I am going with Meng via KO.
Should give an indication of what to expect from Meng. If he struggles or even loses to the Lionbug then he probably will be another bust at pro level for China.
I have Buglioni via TKO rounds 9 onwards or to win via UD in this one. Meng went 10 rounds with a Ghanaian, who was just sparked out less than 12 months after facing Meng, by a guy with a 13-16 record that no one has ever heard of. That Ghanaian has by far the best record of any of his opponents. I am not buying Meng's padded 13(8)-0-0 record. There is nothing anywhere near Buglioni's level there.
If you write such things with cross comparions and so on then you should mention that Meng blasted Gasan Gasanov out in one rund while another top prospect Shishkin needed five rounds to do so. I am not saying this has anything to say but still want to mention it.
