DLH-Trinidad was one of the biggest let-downs of all time. Terrible fight. I scored it for DLH by a point or two. The idea that DLH won the first 6 rounds and/or ran away with the fight seems ludicrous to me. Most of the rounds literally nothing happened.

I scored Tito-Oscar a draw. The first few rounds nothing happened maybe Oscar just looked better doing nothing. I felt Tito won the 4th clearly and the 5th close and the last four. I felt Oscar won the first close, 2-3, 6-8 clearly.

I haven’t seen Whitaker-De La Hoya in years but the times I’ve watched I had Whitaker up by around 7-5.

Don't have specific rounds, but remember I had Oscar beating Tito 7-5.

I had ODLH winning a comfortable decision, but FT won the last few rounds making it hard to remember that ODLH was dominating the early rounds. I had DLH winning 9-3 with FT only winning rounds 4,11,12. A lot of rounds were close, FT was the aggressor so I'd have no argument with anyone who scored the fight for him. A tough fight to score, but IMO ODLH had some good rounds in the first 10 that he won clearly, FT clearly won 11 and 12. Not an exciting fight, but again, two skilled fighters who were not going to get reckless.

I just got done the first 6 rounds of DLH, so far I have it the same as @Pat M except I gave round 1 to Oscar instead of even, but even is a very reasonable call, I just felt Oscar edged it.

I scored it with the volume down through 6 and then rewatched with volume to see if anything changed in my opinion...didn’t change a thing but it always bothers me when my card reflects the announce team...

    1 DLH (10-9)
    2 DLH (DLH 20-18)
3 DLH (DLH 30-26) 10-8 round by WBC rules in a unintentional head butt.
    4 DLH (40-35)
    5 DLH (DLH 50-44)
    6 Pea (DLH 59-54)

This fight always stood out to me like Spoon and Holmes. People call it a robbery but I always felt like both were clear right decisions....I am interested in how the final 6 rounds unfold on my card.

Being as generous as possible to Pea and calling 1 & 5 even he is still down 59-56...IMO

Pea is using some dirty tactics (not a complaint, rather a compliment from me lol) and is showing much better in fighting skills than I generally attribute to him. Decent fight, not great but fairly entertaining.

    7 Pea (DLH 68-64)
    8 DLH (DLH 78-73)
    9 Pea 10-8 (DLH 86-83)
    10 DLH (DLH 96-92)
    11 Pea (DLH 105-102)
    12 DLH (DLH 115-111)

Not sure what people see that have pea winning but I would be interested in thier scorecards. I guess 1/5/7/8/10/11 could be debatable close rounds...

    Tito vs Oscar
    Rd 1 Even
    Rd 2 Tito (Tito 20-19)
    Rd 3 Oscar (29-29)
    Rd 4 Tito (Tito 39-38)
    Rd 5 Oscar (48-48)
    Rd 6 Oscar (Oscar 58-57)

I scored it the same so far as judge 2 Logist. The 3 judges scored it 4-2 for DLH , 3-2-1 DLH and Roth has it 3-3 Lederman has it 4-2 DLH.

I think round 2 will prove to be a controversial round in this fight. I scored rd 2 for Tito along with all 3 judges. Harold has it DLH and the punchstats seem to bear that out...I will leave my card the way it is, but I will rewatch it later and see if I still agree?

So far the scoring I don’t understand is Roth giving round 1 to Tito, I called it even but could see how someone would score it for Oscar...not sure how it was called a Tito round? Harold scores round 5 for Tito? I find that one real strange!

    Edit: bad math lol

    Rd 7 Oscar (Oscar 68-66)
    Rd 8 Oscar (Oscar 78-75)
    Rd 9 Oscar (Oscar 88-84)
    Rd 10 Tito (Oscar 97-94)
    Rd 11 Tito (Oscar 106-104)
    Rd 12 Tito (Oscar 115-114)

Not sure how 2 judges scored rd 8 for Tito I will need rewatch 2 & 8 just to see.

Controversial rounds on my card? Well I scored it the same as Larry Merchant and that never makes me feel good lol. But I scored 1 even, 2 for Tito and 9 for Oscar....I suspect there will be diversity in those rounds if people post thier cards.

I feel Oscar did enough to win “barely”, but still just enough. I am not disappointed that he lost because the way he closed does not resonate with me at all. But if someone scored 1 & 8 for Tito I could see him winning. I am not sure how Logist gave round 7 to Tito but equally perplexing he gave 8 & 12 to DLH and still had Tito winning....based upon judges it seems some variance in our cards will occur as well.

Hope to see some more cards

    @Jel
I agree horrible fight to score and although our cards only differ by 1 point, we scored it very differently. Not sure if this proves that 1 or both of us is inept at scoring lol or if this fight is a legit tough call...cheers

I see it similar to your card-with just 3 subtle differences (not meaning one of us is wrong)

You gave 1 & 2 to DLH and I called them even and Tito. Then in round 10 you went Oscar I went Tito...so you went 3-0 Oscar in those close rounds (although I did think 10 was a clear Tito round?), and I went 2-0-1 for Tito...hopefully we get some more cards, to contrast with ours...so far just you, Jel and me.

I like to think I can score a fight reasonably well and from our previous scorecards, such as the Zarate-Pintor ‘controversy’ we saw eye to eye on most rounds. But... I don’t have confidence that my scorecard is right.

The variation in the judges scorecards as well as the ones posted here show that this was a tough one to score.

Having said all that, I’m prepared to say I may have got a round or two wrong. Or at least, I scored them differently to the majority.

I don’t feel compelled to rescore it though because that would mean rewatching it. No thanks! On with DLH-Whitaker...

I’m not watching it again but my scorecard was firm the two times I hated myself enough to re-score in the last 10 years.

    Round 1 De La Hoya
    Round 2 De La Hoya
    Round 3 De La Hoya
    Round 4 Trinidad
    Round 5 Trinidad
    Round 6 De La Hoya
    Round 7 De La Hoya
    Round 8 De La Hoya
    Round 9 Trinidad
    Round 10 Trinidad
    Round 11 Trinidad
    Round 12 Trinidad

114-114. I remember needing to cleanse myself after the last time I watched with Trinidad vs. Vargas and Joppy.

That 5th round might be an interesting point of discussion. You Jel and Lederman all went Tito, while Pat M and I sided with the 3 judges going Oscar. I hope some more people chime in so we can see how others see that round...

But I agree with you that I am not rewatching and rescoring it again
