He got called out my Whyte but I guess it was too soon to respond. However I have a fear he will duck the HW and stick with CW which will be a shame.

Also, he will lose a lot of fans because of his ducking.

LOL if Usyk was ducking he'd have just entered the WBSS again. The man travels to his opponent's back garden, takes their belt, takes their soul and takes that cash. He is the complete antithesis too ducking. All heart, all class. Educate yourself.

I think it's a obvious he's running scared of some of these huge behemoths. All this Ward talk. The sad truth is, an excellent cruiserweight as Usyk is. He just can't bulk up, and be as effective at heavyweight. Not quite got the frame for the heavyweight division. I wouldn't want to see him fed to the bronze bomber. There's been enough sacrifices to the bomb squad already. Lol.

Whyte calls out everyone yet is rematching Chisora, an old Chisora in which Whyte arguably lost.

How is Usyk ducking the heavyweight division?

Ye even though he himself actually says he's going to HW I gotta ride with what mthez says on on BN24... He has a direct line to the future & Usyks frontal cortex!

How can he stick with Cruiser, there's no one left, he wiped them all out...Everything is geared for a move to Heavy, its crystal clear. He probably still isn't back from his hols yet after knocking **** out of Bellew.

Why would Usyk avoid the big money division in boxing? What would be the logic in that?

Both Haye and Holyfield fought stiffs in their first fights moving from CW to HW, and Usyk will need to as well in order to adjust to fighting at a higher weight.

What an odd post. Neither he no his team have said anything to indicate they aren’t planning to move to HW.

They’ve been very consistent in their message - deal with Bellew then move to HW with a clear eventual aim of fighting Joshua.

Usyk doesn’t mess about and won’t shy away from this challenge. Elite mentality that he’s shown throughout his career.

I personally wouldn't mind if he stayed at cruiser, since a lot of these guys are massively bigger than him.

That said, I suspect he isn't scared of the mismatch and will go to HW anyway.

I hate these menial and pointless debates but to answer your question - no.

If he, as undisputed Cruiserweight champ, and his team make a calculated decision that there’s no possible way for Usyk to replicate that success at a higher weight and decline moving up - it doesn’t make him a ‘ducker’.

He has nothing left to prove at CW and the bodies physical limitations aren’t something he can change.

It’s a stupid debate because he clearly intends to move up and I personally think he’ll be successful.
