had to look up one of ,my idols growing up marvin hagler surprised to see he has a big belly i thought he would be in tip top shape even now. i have a few friends ex boxers / now boxing trainers none famous all around my age fifty somethings and one has a heavy bag in his flat and the other talked to me this morning on my stall just having gone for an early morning 5k and it was raining and about 3 degress and dark when i saw him . it is easier to get out of shape when you get older and needs mainly diet control.
