Had Oscar not gassed the last 4 rounds or so, he was beating Floyd when they were fresh. Oscar, 8 years past his best was giving prime Floyd hell. I remember Emmanuel Stewart who was loving on Floyd during that fight was more less forced to admit, if Floyd didn't start picking it up, he was gonna lose. Floyd's own corner even said "don't worry man, we will get him later in the fight". Floyd won the fight, by a couple rounds but man, considering Oscar was at the end of his career, was no where near the same fighter and battling addiction issues at this point also, that was impressive performance and really leaves zero doubt what Oscar would do in his prime to Floyd.
The kept asking Oscar after the fight why he stopped using his jab because behind it he was winning the fight. He said it just wasn't the night of the jab. But what really happened and why he stopped using it, he was starting to tire and was losing its crispness and just hanging out there a millisecond too long and Floyd was starting to counter with the right over top of it. But when u look at the decision, Floyd beat Oscar by a single round on one judges card. If one more round went to Oscar on that card, fight would have been a draw. But considering how much slower Oscar was, how he couldnt' pull the trigger anymore as famously stated by his Trainer Roach at the time, at the end of his career. Oscar was the more impressive fighter in the ring that night.

 

After the fight your hero cried & whined " Maidana beat me up & bullied me but the ref did nothing to stop him" He missed his Uncle Joe Cortez protecting him but Uncle Kenny stepped in for the rematch & protected Froid like an old Mother Hen LOL It was blatant

As far as Judah is concerned, although the rules do state once the corner jumps into the ring the fight is over, time was called for Floyd to recover from the blatant low blow from Judah. Honestly, I don't know the rule if the corner enters the ring while time is called that the fight is over. But lets be honest, that Judah low blow was as blantnat as Margarito's illegal hand wraps. Good thing the honarable Naz Richardson spotted all that plaster before the Mosely fight or Mosely may be dead as we speak.

Cortez made the hand signal to fight. Madiana got beat both times, Pac was outclassed with ease. Margo was never the same after Naz caught him cheating. Fact! Margo's biggest claim to fame is loaded gloves. Mayweather remains 50-0. It's in the record books. Can't change that, no matter how you try to rewrite history. You're not great enough or powerful enough to do that! So just take them lumps like a good boy!

 

When ANY fighter, no matter who it is, LEGITIMATELY beats his opponent, I'll be the first one to give him credit. I swore to this before May/Pac Marg/Cotto II, GGG.Canelo 1 & II & Ward/Kov 1&II Sadly NONE of these fights ended in LEGITIMATE wins.
