The commentary on his fight was even worse.....i was wondering what they were watching or why they were telling the audience how terrible he was when what i was watching was a pretty good boxer learning the pro game ....It was crazy... The amount of times they said he was 'feather fisted' only for him to drop the guy 2 seconds later....it was embarrassing
Yeah, annoyingly enough it is a nice fight and a good addition to the card. I just didn't appreciate their stupid game of 'hmm I wonder who he could fight next' for us morons watching their coverage when they know full well who its going to be. Mind you, they were so ham-fisted last night that it would've been great if Macklin or Froch just replied 'Oh god no, Takam is the last guy they need to have him face. Will be a terrible, terrible fight, could spoil the card entirely'
I've mentioned this a few times, they are actually the worst broadcaster in terms of boxing, despite their reputation. We all thought that when Halling and Watt left we'd get better commentators, but it's gotten way worse.

You’ll be able to watch on the big screen too. Coming soon in time for the fight." Not quite sure what this means but it appears they are trying to get an app out exclusively for BT Sport box office. Obviously all last minute by the looks of it.

Watched the recent Fury documentary on Bt YouTube and had to turn off when Ben Davison claimed Fury has saved thousands of life's. This mental health stuff is nauseating.
Exactly this. I’ve watched Conlan live 3 times and he is a knockout waiting to happen, after the same amount of fights as the Kazak he probably was further behind in his career. Shakur Stevenson, who I don’t rate that highly, would beat him relatively easily. Macklin is an awful pundit (as are Froch, Nelson and David the dwarf) and just sees what he wants to see. Watching boxing on Sky Sports is starting to become unenjoyable because the pundits are basically a bunch of biased mates who are all on the script and cannot be impartial. Shame.
Horrendous wasn’t it. Just Just awful. Macklin just sees whatever the matchroom boxer throws. Embarrassing really.
