After the fight it was found that he had bleeding on the brain or something like that. Which is very serious. If the fight continued, with him in that condition, he could have been killed in the ring.

Maybe he felt something wasn't right in his body perhaps?

I had actually forgotten about that, the brain bleed.

Scary to think that one Tyson right hand did all that damage.

No, I dont fault him much for quitting. If he felt something wasnt right then it wasnt right. But that's now.

When it actually happened, I was mad as Hell that i had wasted money to order it.

Brain bleed my arse, the man had survived the early onslaught and would have probably got the victory and he continued.

He was completely right. He and Al Certo made for an awful in-ring public relations duo.

He herniated a disk in his neck and broke his cheek bone.

    No, he wouldn't have.

Golota hit Tyson with a couple of clean shots in the 2nd round and they had nothing on them. Mike walked through them.

History tells us that the formula for beating Mike is to put EARLY hurt on him.

If you can't get Tyson's respect with your punches, then there's no way to beat him.

It amazes me how many excuses and praise a fouling quitter like golota gets. I was very satisfied seeing him get dropped like a sack of potatos and pelted with garbage for cheating people of their money.

Golota had clear psychological problems. I was mad, but I didn't get any joy outta seeing him get pelted with garbage by a crowd of people who don't have the balls to enter a ring and would have never throw that stuff at him if there was no security around.

It wasnt a psychological problem. It was a heart problem. The bum was dropped and quit. He isnt a doctor, he had no clue if there was some sort of internal brain bleeding issue. He has no sympathy from me after intentionally fouling bowe dozens of times. The guy was demolished by lennox in 1 round. Seriously, why the hell do people like and defend him?

Try to imagine yourself fighting Mike Tyson with a concussion, broken cheek, and herniated disk in your neck, tough guy.

Golota was potentially one punch away from becoming a quadroplegic considering the neck problem.

Tough is ali ignoring a broken jaw and going the distance with a top notch contender. Tough is holyfield getting dropped hard by the huge 6'5 bowe and going right at him, refusing to be KOed. Tough is foreman being knocked on his ass twice then somehow getting off the floor to ko lyle. Tough is marciano trailing on the scorecards against walcott or having a shredded nose against charles and finding a way to win.

Hell, even a mediocre B level guy like shannon briggs showed tons of heart and balls taking his ass whooping like a man when he fought vitali.

Golotas a quitting, fouling bum and he doesnt deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as any of the fighters i mentioned.

And no obviously i dont think i could beat mike freaking tyson with all those injuries, but i wouldnt spit out my goddamn mouth piece on live tv, shove my trainer aside and walk out the ring!

I can name plenty of fightwrs who finished fights with broken jaws or got up from knockdowns. Name a fighter who finished a fight with a broken neck.

Again, id like to know where golota got his medical credentials to self diagnose and come to the conclusion he definitely 100% for sure had a broken neck in the middle of the fight and then made the right call to quit WITHOUT TELLING HIS TRAINER/THE REF/OR THE FANS WHY, storming out the building on his own two feet with no assistance.
