Just looking at the seating plan and there are still plenty of blocks not sold out. The floor is a real problem and they need to be giving those away as they are not going to sell in 24 hours.

Listening to the BBC, Costello said he was talking to staff (off mic) at Staples centre and they said there were around 4k left (from a total of 17.5k), and they expected some good on the door business close to fight time. So might not be as bad as it looks.

They WAY overpriced those. And, honestly, the view from the outer blocks won't be that great. I'm just above the floor, elevated about 10 feet and will have a much better view than the people paying $1000+ at the edge of the floor.

I have a feeling the ushers just won't be very diligent if people start to move down as the card progresses.

It's very true. The floor tends to be the fancy seats but I would take being elevated over the floor every time.

    50. They gave away 50 tickets, not hundreds, by the way.

The Rams gave away a couple thousand to a game recently. CA has been battling wildfires and firefighters have been getting some nice perks for doing a lot of hard work.

The fact this got Wilder and Fury on local news is the real angle here. 50 tickets with $100 face value is only $5k and they got way more publicity than $5k would normally buy.

I love watching footwork and you can't do that from the floor. I tend to get the first couple of rows of the middle section/pricing when I go to fights.

Boxing is simply promoted terribly in this country.
