There is a simple solution. Just don't buy it.

One doesn't need to moan as the customer holds the power.

This is so stupid. Fans want to see these fights, the fights aren't bad at all. But paying 20 quid a pop everytime a good card is on Sky is getting ridiculous now. I have the choice to not buy but then do I have to search the net for a poor quality stream? Even though I already pay for Sky Sports? This has gone too far now. All the good cards are 20 quid lol.

Problem is that he started paying the fighters too much and they hold the balance of power. He can't afford to pay them unless he makes the fight PPV and now they all want a slice of the pie. It could all backfire on him if he's not careful with decreased buyrates.

A few people mentioned all this about a year ago. A few of them also got shot down by forum members saying 'it's only price of a takeaway and beer'.

'There will only be four PPVs a year'

Well no, if a promoter can get away with doing it, they will keep on doing it. As mentioned by many a person on here.

Well now it's getting to the point where it's nearly £20 extra a week (that's before your takeaway and beer which is another £20).

Then you pay your sky/BT sports subscription as well. Throw BT into the mix doing PPV also and it's starting to get really expensive.

We've just had Bellew who never beat a champion, having headlined FOUR PPV events!!

Hearn Is getting a lot of stick and rightly so. Far too many Ppv and now these ppv aren’t even great fights he got massively luckY with whyte Parker . Judgin by twitter a lot more seem. Be interested in frampton and Warrington and hope it does well as is a better card and be might make Hearn up his ideas. Chisora headline a ppv jesus and price undercard vs Tom little is fuking embarrassing. No world title fight should be ppv. Will be watching frampton Warrington myself.

If Hearn and SKY wasnt making a bundle out of this do you really think it would happen?

    Chisora v Whyte ffs...PPV

a complete joke but it might make 5 million quid with dumb casual buys

If i didn't have to pay for it, i would think this a class main event for normal sky, but main event its taken the ****. He has a good year again for making events but again considering the number of fights he has shown, its been really poor.

Agree with this. Whyte will have got over a million pounds in his last fight and will be walking into meetings demanding the same or more from now on. I have no problem with Whyte trying to maximize his earnings but for the fans this is a disgrace.
