    And poor cannon fodder Welborn is getting 30 grand for taking a massive beating off somebody who looks 2 weights higher and who themselves is getting paid a million to roll over him. I think this is by far the biggest disgrace on the card.

    Yes. The $30 grand barely covers Welborn's expenses including travel. And what a low payday considering it's for multiple world titles.

    It's a poor fight.

    But undercards shouldn't matter.
    PPV fights should be the ones that don't need undercards.
    If a main event needs an impressive undercard to make people think it PPV-worthy .... then it's not PPV-worthy in the first plavce.
