I don't think Pac is lifting weights so that he can physically bully Broner... I think he's just making his shots count more to make up for the diminished speed/workrate/stamina.

He's doing weights, but I don't think he's trying to pack on an insane amount of muscle or anything.

Also, when he let his hands go, he was able to take it to Mikey, Jessie, and even Maidana said Broner was the toughest guy he's ever fought.

 

Broner's style is tailor made for Pac, a guy who fights like a boxer but in reality can't really box. Pac will just be all over him.

People think that just anyone can walk through Broner. As if it were that easy.
Maidana absolutely smashed him, and Broner came back, even hurting Maidana in the later rounds.

Manny is unable to keep up any sort of pressure. Just look at the Bradley trilogy. His punch output keeps dropping year by year.

Just wanna see what you guys think on this fight. I'm a massive manny fan and hate broner but I have to make him favourite in this. First of all I think he has a style that could cause pacquiao problems. Secondly we are talking about a 70% pacman and because of that I see this being a Marquez kind of fight for him. Not because I rate Adrien but because I think pacquiao has slipped enough that broner can make him look a bit like Marquez did when pacquiao was peak. I'm going for a broner win and I like the odds as he is an underdog going in.

To me honestly, Broner cares more about how he looks than winning. He needs to get rough. Trying to fight like Mayweather when he is not. Not sure this will change.
