I don't like calling a DRAW a bad robbery, especially when the guy who probably deserved the win was knocked down twice, but I had Fury winning by a 4 points. I think a 113-113 draw is the most anyone could argue Wilder could be given. That would be bending over backwards for Wilder.
With Wilders 2 x 10-8 rounds and a couple of close ones, which could of gone Wilders way you could justify a Fury win by a couple of points, or even the draw...… But 115-111 Wilder was just wrong..
Tbh and before I start, I did want fury to win and I did have him winning but I think there is a case for a draw. After the 10/8 rds wilder only has to win 3 rds for the draw, I think it could be argued for them 3rds without been shot down for unfair judging. I didn't score it but I felt Tyson did enough. There was some close rds tho
Fury landed 6 punches per round, wilder 5. Wilder 2 knock downs, and a very lenient count of 10. Fury certainly wasn't robbed.
I think most are missing the point. It is a robbery because a Mexican judge had his card already pre filled. Really that card should have either been a draw or a close Fury win like the other two but yet again we have another ridiculous score card totally different to not only the other two judges but most of the public as well.. This is what ruins boxing...
Nearly everyone had Fury winning but an actual qualified judge gave it to Wilder by 5 points. It is a joke.
Of course he was robbed. A judge gave Wilder Rounds 1,2,3, and 4. No one can say Wilder won them 4 rounds and not be at it.
