Imagine if Wilder could box? You're whole argument is lame as hell. The fact is DW for all his short comings came up about 2 counts short of winning the fight by ko. If Fury doesn't get up what's your narrative for the fight then? Let me guess, "wilder gets a lucky punch". No matter how this fight turned out all you haters were geared up to twist the narrative in whatever direction would shine a negative light on Wilder. You're all pathetic! It was a great fight ruined by poor judging but both men deserve their respect and imho are the two best hw in the world right now.
I think we all have it figured out pretty well with Wilder. His homerun punch keeps him in every fight. But against top competition it is so telegraphed they can avoid it. He has a punchers chance though with every HW in the game today. For me, though, it always comes down to the money. How would I place my bet if I had to choose? Without hesitation I would put it on AJ over Wilder every day, all day.
I agree, I thought Wilder was better than he is. I picked Wilder over Joshua before this fight, now I would pick Joshua. Wilder just looked completely clueless the whole fight, his right is always telegraphed, he can’t keep range, his punch variety is limited, he can’t fight going backwards, his accuracy is terrible. Never did I think that Fury would have it that easy, Wilder has the home run punch but he is terrible at getting it in against someone who can box. The fact that Fury stood up in time gives him the win, because he dominated every other second of the fight. Joshua isn’t as good a boxer as Fury but he can box, and he has a better punch than Fury. He’ll knock Wilder out.
Stop your crying. Wilder got outboxed all night. Wilder looked awful against a man that had tremendous mental health issues, balloooned up to 400lbs and had addiction issues. Credit to Fury for putting on a boxing clinic few thought he could sustain for 12 rounds. Bring on Fury vs Joshua to see who is the best!
Stop my crying? I thought Fury won the fight you clown! Im just criticizing the absolutely stupid comment that was made and please could we get off the Fury layoff already? The guy got his weight down, had two fights and came into this fight in great shape. He wasn't 100% but he was close especially mentally. The two best hw fought on Sat. fck AJ the gutless.
AJ fought Wlad and Povetkin. Is younger than Wilder and has a better resume. Sorry your feelings are hurt. Fury outboxed Wilder and made him look bad and deserved the win. End of story. Cheers.
I don't think Fury was close to 100%. He was better than I expected, I said an 80% Fury out boxes Wilder and what showed up I think was a 70-75% Fury. He became less mobile from round 8 and started to try and roll with the right hand instead of using his movement to avoid it and it resulted in the 2 knockdowns late. Not sure why he did that, maybe Fury was starting to tire a bit and was trying to conserve energy or maybe Fury was trying to stay in range more to counter but had he not done that Wilder wouldn't of dropped him. Either way this change in Fury from round 8 onwards changed the fight. I think Fury still has some margin for improvement. He was still carrying a little too much weight and I think he'll be even sharper in his next performance.
OMFG!!!! Did you see Fury's SKILLS?? He annihilated Wilder and this was a terrible version of TF!!! OMG!!!
