When Rios KO's a defensive master that's as elusive as Tyson Fury, then maybe you can make that proclamation, but the mother****er could barely land a punch on Pac and Timmeh, neither of whom are close to as slick as Fury. Nice try, but nope.
Wilder's success in the ring is entirely predicated on fear of his equalizer right hand. His power appears to be frightful/real. He doesn't have to land much. It's a boxing match. Even defensive wizards get hit a few times over 12 rounds.
