This content is protected I cry every time The man has been to the depths of hell and not a man born from his mother not even one of the hardest hitting fighters in HW history was going to hold him down that night. If it was a 15 round fight Fury would have stopped him. The heart from Fury is not fathomable.
No a corrupt judge 115-111 cost him the win. That round 12 was a historic boxing moment. That knockdown WAS WORTH drawing that fight. Normally a knockdown you talk about the guy who threw the punches not the guy who got up.
From birth that man has been fighting the odds with iron will and a lion heart. Nobody’s got any praise for Wilder after that fight, everyone’s talking about Fury. I can’t wait for the day he cleans up the division and stands in the middle of the ring with all the belts...he deserves it.
Tyson Fury 2x windmill survivor. He actually backed Wilder up after both post-kd windmills. What a legend.
It's been nominated for the BBC British sporting moment of the year. I hope it wins. I've already voted for it.
I hope that goes down as a great all time sporting moment. Im still buzzing about the whole fight and in particular that bit of it. Epic. Even the scorecards at the end couldnt completely kill my smile from that revival and how the rest of the round went. Id of loved to of know what actually went through Wilders mind in those moments. Or less than a minute later when Fury is punching him in the face and backing him up. That will be in my all time favourite rounds list.
I switched my morning alarm on the phone to the undertaker theme in homage to big tyson. what a guy. I really hope he keeps going strong after this and doesn't relapse.
Truly was incredible What was also amazing was that Fury got up and wasn't wobbling. For anyone who says Fury couldn't take Wilders power are wrong. After that final round KD, Fury took a full on flush punch, put his arms behind his back and then fired back
When they told stories about Jesus Christ coming back, they meant Tyson the “ Furious One”. Revelations were true, He is back after being knocked out by the Devil incarnate.
That moment in the 12th, his getting up when he couldn't, that was some championship stuff that cemented my respect for the man. Don't get it twisted, he dethroned Wlad, which was truly a great win, but I no longer view Tyson the same after both 1. The whole Deontay fight and 2. Round 12. Very fun to score the rbr live, and doubly so that I nailed the 114-112 card for Fury. Even if it ended a nonsense draw, I feel the fight itself was a good addition to heavyweight boxing history.
