no, it hasnt, and you know very well it hasnt, and you know very well what im asking now. i dont know if you think youre clever and in your mind somehow youre masterfully sidestepping the obvious without getting your shoes dirty, but this is just becoming a measure of how little backbone you actually have.
now, again, why would you ask ME specifically, if i meant the lounge when talking about the real world? and why would you compare the lounge to the real world? you obviously had something to say about the situation when it was someone elses conversation, well now you have the mic and im interested in what you felt you needed to say so bad that you would throw that at me out of the blue. say what you have to say, like a man would say things, that needed to be said.

Maybe there should be an age limit set, too many fighters like RJJ, Wlad, and Steveson keep fighting when completely shot and get brutally KOed.

Age shouldn’t be the deciding factor. An in-depth medical checkup to clear the fighter once a year. If they pass they fight.

 

I think Gvozdik is a tricky guy. He let Stevenson think that he has a chance, but this whole time he was waiting for him to gas, and once he felt Stevenson is done he walked right through him.

Those cards were horrible. Far worse than the one card against Fury. And the ref had ignored at least one previous knockdown (in the first, I believe).

I'm sure he didn't actually know he was up on the cards, but he thought he could win the fight. I agree with you that he wanted to keep going for the W.

 

Fighters take this risk. Baseball players face 100 MPH pitches, rugby and football players take repeated shots to the head, and downhill skiers are absolutely insane, a tragedy waiting to happen every run.

Nobody makes these guys sign contracts to fight for our entertainment. Are there times I feel uneasy as a fan, like I'm supporting something wrong? Yes, there are. Roy Jones fighting after the Tarver/Johnson KOs, for example. I couldn't support that.

Generally, when a tragedy happens I blame the corner. They should have the fighter's long term health in mind. In this case, the end happened so quickly that there's nobody to blame.

It makes me laugh. Men (and some women) will always want to fight for money. Other men (and some women) will always want to watch men fight.

Banning boxing isn't going to magically stop it, only it will be without medical staff on standby resulting in more deaths.
