Would a prime Mike Tyson lose to any of the current top heavyweights?

We're talking the Rooney trained prime Tyson, here. Not the guy who forgot how to slip a jab.

Tony Tucker and James Smith did so quite easily yet the bigger and better Fury wouldn't? Alright then......

This. A good jab was never enough to beat Tyson. You had to take away his preferred range and tear him up from all angles. Fury has the tools to get the job done against Tyson, since Fury has an a effective hook, uppercut, and counter right and is durable. However, like Douglas Fury does have a bad habit of sometimes squaring up with his opponent when it isn’t necessary. Buster made that mistake one time and got floored by Tyson. Fury also made that mistake against Wilder and was quickly dropped by Wilder, so anything could happen in a Fury-Tyson fight.

No he would not lose to any of them IMO. I guess if Fury fought a Tillis type fight to survive he might remain standing for a UD that Tyson would win...I don’t see any of them beating him....

But I have not researched bicep size yet and could change my mind with further information

Tyson would lose to some of these guys.
Man, he gets a hell of a lot of currency out of wins over Berbick, Tucker, Smith, Spinks ... the 'champions' he unified against.
None of those guys I'd favour against Fury, Wilder or Joshua right now.
Berbick, Smith, Tucker, Spinks .... a pretty poor bunch. I wouldn't put them on any real high level.

Look what Fury just did, after his 2 1/2 lay-off and 140 pound weight gain and loss, alcohol and drugs.
Compare to the excuses made for Mike Tyson's KO loss to Buster Douglas.

You have to face the facts and be realistic, people.

Prime Tyson was an exciting, active, young sensation. But the quality of his opposition was never good, not then, not now.

I have ZERO doubt that Tony Tucker beats Deontay Wilder.

I see Tyson blasting through Wilder within two. AJ gets KO too but he’d last longer, Tyson would just get too many shots in and AJ would eventually fall . He might get up once or even twice but he’d be dropped again. Tyson Fury is a tricky one, it’s conceivable Mike blasts through him too but that rangy, bulky speed and slickness would frustrate Tyson and be harder to land. If Fury don’t get done early it probably goes the distance
