Like Briggs said he's got that skinny African strength. You know who has a worse physique, you guessed it, Fury, absolute slob of a physique, but I'll give him this, his physique doesn't match his boxing ability and he needed every bit of that size Saturday night.
Impressive, how the heck do you make 185! I haven’t been that weight since HS. I’m pretty slim at 6’3” 215
18 inch legs? My neck is 18 inches. Wilder has the skinniest legs I ever saw on a heavyweight. Like a newborn deer.
Who WTF cares what his legs are like he has two and that's all that counts , he is a multimillionaire does he care ? It's boxing not bodybuilding !
I was similar. I decided I had enough of the "dad bod" as I have heard it called. I have been swimming every day for the past 10 years but I wasn't tracking my diet very closely even though I wasn't eating junk. Just ate when I wanted. So, I started using a free program called Cronometer. You enter everything you eat so you can get an idea as to what your calories consumed are coupled with your level of exercise. In addition, I started doubling the exercise regime. I put in an hour on the Precor also. Not every day but 3-5 times a week. You'd be amazed at how quickly you can drop the pounds. So I was typically burning 1500-2000 more calories per day than I was consuming. I went from 197 to 180 in about 3 months. I couldn't drop tons of weight like some of these obese guys do because I didn't have that much to lose in the first place. Body fat went from 22% to currently 16.7%. I got as low as 176 but it was a dehydrated 176. The only weight that counts is when you first get up in the morning and step on the scale. The other thing is when you are working out this much you will be amazed at how quickly you will put weight back on. You can easily see a 10lb swing in 48 hours, primarily due to water weight. I'm pretty consistently 180-185 right now. Would like to try and get down to 175. Those last few pounds are killer, though. Very tough. It's like your body won't allow it. Just eat lean meats, eggs, avocados, a lot of vegetables and greens, some grains, some fruit, some nuts, minimal oils and only drink water. Eliminate sugar completely. I use sucralose if I want to sweeten something and honestly I can't tell the difference. And I mean sucralose, not Splenda. Splenda only has about 1% sucralose in it. It's a scam the way it is marketed. You can do it if you set your mind to it.
Yeah, but what he has that most of us don't is a huge chest and shoulders. He is triangular in the upper body.
