    Sounds great.....

But when you get horrific scoring like that, you have to ask yourself, why do i bother?

Hate all this 'it was a great fight talk'......

It would've been, if the scores were based on the action in the ring.

Wilder has lost a lot from the weekend.

I'd argue he'd have lost less had the correct result occurred.

I'd say Wilder showed he can make a tough fight for even an upper level HW. Fury was in good form last Saturday and Wilder was able to deck him twice. With some adjustments (namely throwing a left hand), he could actually win the rematch.

That's my other love. Yes, some baseball players are getting really big, especially pitchers.

Were there any fights in or outside the arena involving gypsies?

Ha ha. We don't have gypsies in LA, just a ton of homeless people who stay in the same spot.

You scored it even? I don't see how. Wilder at best won 3 rounds. If you have a round by round score card, post it here.

Opinions may vary, but I think the best seats are about 12-15 rows back from the Ring. For heavyweight fights, nose bleed seats are okay because like you said they are about double the size of featherweights these days.

I asked you first, but okay.

    1 ) Fury ( Close )
    2 ) Fury ( Clear )
    3 ) Fury ( Clear )
    4 ) Fury ( Close )
    5 ) Fury ( Close )
    6 ) Fury ( Close )
    7 ) Wilder ( Close )
    8 ) Fury ( Close )
    9 ) Wilder ( knockdown, Clear )
    10 ) Fury ( Very clear )
    11 ) Fury ( Clear )
    12 ) Wilder ( knockdown, very clear )

9-3 in favor of Fury. 115-111. If you want to give Wilder the 4th or 5th round okay with me, he still looses. Just know punch stats will show Fury landed more in these close rounds and with a higher connect percentage.

I just want to re-watch the rounds you think Wilder won. Like I said I had it 9-3, with the two knock down rounds being for Wilder.

I thought the first 5 were all close and could go to either guy with no complaint from me. I posted mine fight night and didn’t want to search for it unless you were willing to do the same.

I just posted my card. If you know how to score fights, you'll see Fury landed more, made Wilder miss more often, and was more in control in the first 5 rounds.

Some of the first five rounds were close, but Fury was the better. Unless a round is dead even, under these circumstances you give the guy who was better the 10-9. Like I said I'm okay with one of the first rounds going Wilder way, but I didn't see one big punch to take away from the fact that Fury landed more, and made Wilder miss more.

Well I know from previous posts that you are a big punch stat guy, so I am sure you know there were 155-154 total punches landed with fury landing 13 more (1 more per rd pretty much) so with 12.9 landing per rd or 7/6 Fury, how many more could he have landed in those first 5? If it is substantial as you seem to think than Wilder must have done much better in the 2nd half than your card or mine reflect. I think it was ultra close, and personally I don’t think either of the other 2 cards are that far off of a feasible reality. Even though I sided with the British judge calling a draw. I know you like to call every fight a robbery, I just see a close fight. It is a shame to me as I grew in respect for both guys.
