make it happen it would be a great fight. idk who wins, i think ill roll with the nail, both very dangerous. i think the nail is better tho.
Might happen. I think Top Rank is interested in Bivol. They might event snatch up Alvarez, if they already haven't.
i pick the nail because he seems to figure guys out. he doesnt show to much in the opening rounds. but bivol isnt an old man. bivol will be able to keep it up . bivol will be able to tweak his game and adjust in the middle of the fight. it would prolly be a razor thin decision. i would love to see a late ko tho.. another thing to keep in mind. the nail seems to be off balanced alot. i think even tommy karpency knocked him down. so bivol is always dangerous, but when hes fresh in the first few rounds i can see the nail hitting the canvas early but getting up to win alot of rounds makin for a interesting razor thin decision.
I got the Nail. Both very skilled, but Gvozdyk is a lot bigger and has more experience at the top level. Great fight though.
This has gone my list of fights of best match-ups in boxing. I'm a huge fan of both, maybe slightly more a fan of Bivol at this stage so i'd want him to win, but if i was picking, i'd fancy Gvozdyk to take this
I have a feeling Gvozdyk will be the best at 175, it’s a great division. A tournament with all the belt-holders, Kovalev, Jack, Smith up in weight and one more would just be unbelievable...
Gvozdky's height 6'2 tall and reach 75 1/2" are very good for light heavyweight. He hits hard, not as hard as Kovalev, but I think he takes a better punch, and like you said has a lot of experience. Bivol is certainly a real talent too, but he hasn't looked as good in his past two fights. It would be a great fight, I see Gvozdyk edging it on points.
A very good fight, for sure, but I would rather see Gvozdyk fight guys like Marcus Browne, Joe Smith Jr., Sullivan Barrera, etc. first. Just to make sure he's 100% ready.
Gvozdyk by UD. Probably would drop Bivol for the first time in his career as well. It wouldn’t be a blowout or anything like that, Bivol would have his moments, but The Nail is a tad better imo.
Gvozdyk and very easily. There is nothing to Bivol, he’s just a good fighter. He’s clean and technical with no real evident flaws. He isn’t elite though, he is analogous to Mikey Garcia. Both guys are overhyped because their boxing is clean looking. Beterbiev is the big challenge for Gvozdyk.
