What are you talking about? Some people said he was a zombie and shot but he got tons of credit from the media and fans and it raised his profile and got him a good payday as well.

I think the Pedraza fight is a tune up fight because hes coming off surgery.

Yes he got tons of media praise and casual fan praise. But no serious students of boxing respected his win over DLH. Nobody even rates that win anymore if you know anything about boxing.

That's not Wilder or AJ way, they beat up 40 and 50 year olds on a regular basis.

I thought "prize fighting " was about $$$$$€£¥₩. Who can Lomo
fight and make anywhere near what he'd make vs Pac? Answer, nobody.

Screw legacy. You can't take legacy to the bank. A Lomo-Pac fight would be PPV worthy, Lomo
Would make as much in one fight as all the others combined.

I don't like Lomo's attitude here, just like I didn't like his attitude when Salido was hitting him in the nuts all night. If they can agree on a weight then he should take the fight. It's a pure duck if he doesn't.

I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a cowardly move on Loma's part at it's evident there is a good measure of truth in his reasoning, yet at the same time I believe it's also a very convenient truth for Loma that Manny's career is coming to a close because I truly do believe that in addition to his experience and ring IQ, Manny also still has enough gas in his tank to make this a competitive fight and enough power to drop a fighter of Loma's size.

Dropped Bradley 2X in the 3rd fight, dropped Vargas (who was much bigger), had a 165+ pound Horn out on his damn feet, and dropped Matthysse 3X (no one's dropped him multiple times). Yeah, Pac KOs Loma.

I tend to agree with you but were this fight to take place I'd have to give the edge to Loma purely because he has youth on his side, making this a 60/40 fight in my mind. Shame we'll never get to see it.

Lomachenko rightfully should and would be favored. But even at 135, Pac would be a VERY, VERY LIVE DOG. Pac would have to lose weight to make 135, but I don't think he would be boiling down.

If I were Lomo's manager, I'd love this fight. Let Pacquiao come in at the welter weight limit for a non title fight

It would be a butchering, and test Pacquiao's intangibles.

Lomo via mid round TKO, possible with Pacquiao corner saving him or him retiring between rounds.

I see this as a complete mis-match. Manny would be beaten to the punch and badly countered.
