2 weeks to go. The quintessential fight. Ireland v England. Youth v experience. Quality v quantity.. This one has all the ingredients . Etc etc. So who wins? And how? Size and youth are with Josh. Skill and experience lie with Carl. Can the ageing carl withstand the youth and physicality of the bigger, younger man. Then again Josh is a Feather Duster Flapper who couldnt knock snow of a rope as they say. Can the feather duster flapper withstand Carl's laser guided missiles? Has Josh got what it takes? Has he the heart of a champion? Or will he crumble like, say, Benn did against Collins? Who y'all got?

Couple years ago Frampton would of easily beat the current Warrington but I'm not so sure. I was one of those who thought Selby would of completely outboxed Warrington and was wrong. I have a feeling Warrington may win this one too

This is a good fight! Warrington although feather fisted makes up for it on workrate and a good chin. Frampton is the better skilled but then again so was Selby

I think this goes the distance with both touching the canvas at some point but Frampton gets his hand raised with it being close on the cards

    Have to go with Frampton.

Selby was a great win for Warrington but he was absolutely terrible in that fight. Carl isn't going to go back in straight lines.

Although it's been said Santa Cruz layed the blueprint how to beat Frampton and that Warrington is expected to use his reach, then outwork Frampton if he gets close and follow a similar gameplan.

I can see the idea but Warrington isn't as good as Santa Cruz. It will work if Frampton loses patience though and starts forcing things.

Should be a competitive fight, goodluck to both.

But is that a valid comparison ? Selby was beyond shot. Josh only beat a pale shadow of Lee Selby.

Cruz beat a prime frampton and even though he may have declined slightly he should still be able to win this imo. Warrington May have workrate but doesn’t punch as hard as Cruz. At a certain level workrate alone isn’t enough. Frampton isn’t a puncher but still has a bit of pop. I can see it being interesting but if framptons in form will win a comfortable ud maybe 9 rounds to 3

Frampton to get the decision in a clear, but hard fought win.

Getting a big push this during the football. The hoardings are advertising it during one of the biggest games of the season.

Lee Selby is not shot. Was badly weight weakened on the night, but not shot.

Warrington will come out fast and will have greater work rate throughout the fight. It’s 50/50. Frampton hasn’t stopped anyone decent in nearly 4 years (Avalos wasn’t great, but he was *5 in the Ring rankings at 122) so I can’t see this fight not going the distance.
