Beating 40 year old Pac at the moment a division north of where one competes is a much, much better and bigger win than one against... Jose Pedraza. Infinitely so.

He doesn't want to move up in weight again to fight a bigger man and I don't blame him for it. (I guess it's a good thing Rigondeaux doesn't think that way, though) Just don't act like it's because he's a gentleman and he doesn't want to destroy a faded legend, as he has stated. How that is a stance possible to defend, I find confusing. It's not like Pac is on a three fight losing streak slurring his words walking around with his mouth open. You guys are crazy.

That's kinda a false comparison to be honest, Pedraza is a post injury stay busy against a champ in his weight class, it's not meant to be a legacy building fight.

But he did take it right? Maybe he won't take credit for it but he still beat him up. And for what? Cause rigo got under his skin?

High risk fight.Void avoided Pacquiao for 6 years. That tells you alone that it's a high risk fight. Even Void didn't want anything to do with Pacquaio for 6 years.

    Lomo knows it.

Probably just an opponent that got put in front of him, and since Rigo was willing to move up there wasn't much to lose. How much credit did he get though for it? Not much. And Rigo was unbeaten at the time and in p4p lists.

With Pac he will have to move up, no way is Pac coming down to 135. And that will open up anybody at 140-147 depending where he does it since people will be saying "Oh so you moved up for old Pac but not for Crawford? See where I'm going with this.

To be honest though, I personally think he SHOULD take it. At the end of the day, Pac is a massive name in boxing and having "Manny Pacquiao" on his record will go very far. No matter the circumstances.

But I can kinda understand why he may not want to take it.

Yet beating an old Rigo who moved up 2 divisions does something for his legacy?

Lmao.. p4p lists? Dude didn't fight anyone of note for 5 ****ing years leading up to the Loma fight. Dude was 40, moved up 2 weight classes, was inactive, and no 2 rounds against some bum who faked a knock out isn't enough to shake rust off. A win over this Pacquiao is 100000x better than the Rigo Loma foguht. that's just facts.

Well to be honest no one will expect him to fight a prime crawford and i think people only want him to fight pac is because pac presents a danger to him but at the same time is very vulnerable at age 40. That age will somehow equalize the match for loma.

Loma isn't scared to fight Pac... But I think he's uncomfortable w/ the risk even though it's high reward.

Last I checked, Pedrazas two divisions higher than where Loma turned pro.

Funnily enough, that's exactly how many classes Rigo moved up for Loma.

So how does Rigo get commended and Loma get knocked here? They've both moved up the same number of divisions in their career to fight bigger men.

Loma would likely outbox him but Pac still has legit one shot power with that straight left hand. Pac can't fight on the inside for **** though and he fights in straight lines. Loma would probably end up beating him up worse than Morales did in his first fight with Pac

Loma was also scared to fight Walters and Rigo apparently. People have an agenda, people aren’t honest.
