If happens, for example, Wilder KO'd Malik Scott with a punch so hard that it never connected properly (if it landed at all) and still knocked him out.

Ortiz, who is apparently avoid by every heavyweight in the world and punches so hard he can knock people back to last lives was dragged the distance by Scott (yeah the same Scott who Chisora knocked out).

So just because Tank stopped Pedraza and Loma never doesn't mean anything really, they both won very clearly.

Why is he going 12 and not looking like himself??:lol:

You’re too stupid to even respond to. And I’m not surprised you actually have to ask that. Can’t fix low IQ’s :) Continue thinking Lomachenko is not as good as the majority believe  STAY hating. I like you idiots better that way. Lol

One thing I will say is Pedraza didn’t quit like a ***** ;) Even in that 11th round battering.

The problem is one side is overrating Loma, and the other is underrating Loma. The anti Loma fans are saying he struggled against Pedraza, who they feel isn't that high a level opponent. When the pro Loma fanbase claims he is the best 126/130/135 to ever step in the ring, he would beat so and so with ease, then a performance like that will not look good to the anti Loma fans. A good example of this, there was a thread on whether Loma would beat the fab four (Pac/JMM/MAB/Morales), and quite a few fans said he would take them to school. These kinds of comments sets the bar to a certain level, and a performance like the Pedraza one says otherwise.

Even today, on the other side of the fence, the pro Loma fans are saying he wasn't even trying until the 11th, he was cruising, instead of admitting the dude was awkward and the type of fighter that Loma found a bit more difficult to mount an offense against. Which I can see, tall rangy dude constantly bobbing and weaving. Keeping just out of range where he can still land where as Loma has to force his way in without taking shots, it can be a pain in the behind. In the 11th he (Loma) smelt blood after landing a good shot and knew Ped was dazed and couldn't fight back, nor could he avoid punches like earlier in the fight. This is why Loma fought the way he did in the 11th, and not earlier.

Gervonta is looking like a beast, you would need right now Loma to beat him. I am sure if Loma fought Pedraza at 130 he would of knocked him out also. Loma still has not brought the same punching power up to 135. But to me he looked pretty hard to hit in this fight when he wanted. Loma, to me was very impressive, an only had him losing one round, not saying cards were off, but to me just one round. I see him doing another fight early next year, an better camp, not recovering from surgery. Yea, to me still the P4P best.

Come on now! I hate the sack sucking as much as the next guy but, you're wrong on this one. As you know, this was Loma's come back fight. That alone should grant him some slack. He didn't go life and death with Padraza and when he stepped it up, he made a very serious impression. Another thing that needs to be said is, yes, you are correct, in that fan boys need to stop comparing, not just Loma but, any young talented fighter to past greats. We all need to wait and see how Loma's career will unfold. I will say, if his career stays on the trajectory it's on now, he's will most definitely be considered an ATG.

Never did any of the fighters you mentioned come directly back from surgery for a near total labrum tear and in the next fight fight for a world title. Case closed. Good nite pajama man.

Yeah, during the fight the commentators mentioned that Loma said he didn't like Pedraza's style of boxing, and that Loma doesn't want his fights to be boring. So after all that talk, is this dude trying to say that Loma decided to take it easy for 10 rounds before doing anything.

Are his fans undermining Loma's own words? Nah, they just don't want to admit that Pedraza was awkward for him. In the end Loma found a way to win, nearly took him out. It just wasn't as easy as expected, and there ain't nothing wrong with that.

I don't know why there is myth that ATGs always produced total dominating peformances against the non elite opposition. You only have to look at Floyds record of losing rounds to likes of Castillio, Maidana, Corley, McGregor and Hernandez to see thats untrue.
