Not very well, he gets his face turned to a red mess and begins to absorb a methodical beating,if he doesn't quit ,the referee would probably take pity on him in the late rounds and rescue him.

 

Miller has a 100lbs weight advantage over Louis which would allow him to be competitive until the hurting becomes too much.

I would look something like Steve Cunningham vs Natu Visina.

 

Louis destroys him. If Miller actually followed a strict diet he would be much smaller, that's 100lbs of Burger King not muscle. The guy got beat twice by a prehistoric Cro Cop.

I think Miller's era is considerably stronger than Louis's era, he might actually pose Louis considerable problems.
