    Do you think there is a big difference, or any difference, between the billed and listed height of the top HW's? I'm inclined to think they add about a half inch to their height, basically that they round up or use their morning, peak height. But that there is generally not a big difference. One celeb height website lists Fury at only 6'7.5. I don't see it. Wlad and Wilder seemed to be fairly conclusively proven to be about 6'5.5 and 6'7, respectively, and Fury seemed about 3 inches taller than Wlad in the ring and over an inch taller than Wilder, so I'm inclined to think he's over 6'8.

    Anyway, here is the Ring's top ten, their billed height, and the height I think they are. What do you think?

    AJ: Listed 6'6. Really: 6'6

    Fury: Listed 6'9. Really: Over 6'8

    Wilder: Listed 6'7. Really: 6'7

    Ortiz: Listed 6'4'-6'3(I've seen both). Really 6'3.

    Whyte: Listed 6'4. Really 6'3.

    Povetkin: Listed 6'2. Really: Over 6'1

    Parker: Listed 6'4. Really: 6'3

    Miller: Listed 6'4. Really: 6'4

    Kownacki: Listed 6'3. Really: 6'2

    Pulev: Listed 6'5-6'4 (seen both). Really 6'4.

    For the top 3:

    AJ = a touch under 6'7

    Wilder = 6'7

    Fury = 6'7.5

    As for David Price: listed 6'8 but really 7'5

    In all seriousness, Tyson Fury has the weirdest height ever. On rare days he looks a genuine 6'9 (he isn't), then there's other days he looks way smaller. He done an interview with Bunce just before the Wilder fight and he wasn't much taller than buncey. And there's a photo with him and Gorman after sparring and he only looks an inch taller. I just don't get it.

    Parker is the only guy who is really lying imo i would be surprised if he was a legit 6'2 he was at least 4 inches shorter than Joshua. Usyk at 6'3 would be noticeably taller than Parker guaranteed.

    I agree he has deceiving height, weird posture issues imo as another poster said. But its clearest in the ring, you can't really fake it there. And he appeared close to 2 inches taller than Wilder. No way is he only 6'7.5

    ortiz is IMO the fighter with the most disparity between listed size and actual size

    i watched ortiz and dave allen at the weigh in

    ortiz listed at 6.4 and allen at 6.3 allen was over an inch taller

    ortiz in his last fight at the weigh in with kauffman was again a lot shorter than kauffman who is listed at 6.3

    so ortiz is most probably 6 .1 and 1/2 to 6.2 and nowhere near the 6.4 listed

    Don't know about that. At the referee instructions and after the fight ended they looked similar height when standing beside each other. Fury only half an inch taller.

    He looks a couple of inches taller in the ring fighting because Wilder's back leg is so far back most the time making him shorter.

    Reach can be more important than height.

    Do you have stats for each of these fighters reach? Fury`s is 85 inches, Wilder a little above 83 inches, from the past Lewis had a similar reach to Wilder`s and for years Liston had the longest reach in boxing history.

    I think it is funny as hell when you see two fighters stats given before the fight, and sometimes they are supposed to be the same height and one dwarfs the other. It's dumb when you think about it. Why hype yourself when the truth will be seen in the ring?

    Anthony Joshua: 6'5". He has admitted that he's 6'5" and was often listed as such as an amateur.
    Deontay Wilder: 6'5.5", with shoes on he's a weak 6'6", since he was shorter than Carmelo Anthony, who is 6'6".
    Tyson Fury: 6'6.5, with shoes close to 6'7", since he's slightly taller than Carmelo Anthony, but not by much.
    Luis Ortiz: 6'2", since he was shorter than Rossy.
    Alexander Povetkin: 6'1", since he was the same height as Holyfield.
    Joseph Parker: 6'3", since he's the same height as Ugonoh, who is 6'3".
    Kubrat Pulev: 6'3", since he's shorter than Wlad, who is 6'4.5".
    Jarrell Miller: 6'2", since he admitted so himself and corrected an interviewer who tried to claim he was 6'5".
    Dillian Whyte: 6'2", since he was a little taller than Chisora, but shorter than Parker.

    This. A perfect example is Bob Satterfield, who was listed at 6'2" in his fight against 6'3" Nino Valdez, but Valdez clearly towered over him. The announcers were even laughing about it and said Satterfield was most likely closer to 5'10".

    God, Wlad looks bigger than that.
