No ones a saint. Look forward to seeing him back in the ring soon, undeniable talent which unfortunately always gets overlooked. His schooling of Lemieux was one of the best performances by a British boxer in an opponents backyard i can remember. Boring fighter lol, this a boxing forum ?
Totally agree. One of the best 160’s in the world. Phenomenal talent and fantastic to watch if you’re a boxing fan who appreciates elite level skills.
‘Property’ I don’t buy it. He’s been banging on about all the property he has for years now and I just don’t get it. Also heard BJS hangs around with people who are into the murkier side of making money so I’ve always been sceptical when he says property. Before the Lemieux fight the only half decent pay days were Lee and Eubank and they definitely wouldn’t set you up for life property wise. Overall he’s a bit of flamboyant twat!
Earlier this year on IFL he was driving around one of his properties with Kugan and Kugan was talking about his new addition to the portfolio without showing it on camera. Is it really too hard to believe he has a solid portfolio? Why not? Is it because he’s an “uneducated ‘gypo ****’”? He just dropped £70k on the Fury-Wilder fight and paid a £100k fine to the BBBoC. All evidence suggests he’s pretty sorted financially.
I just can’t see where the money to purchase a major portfolio came from PRIOR to the Lemieux bout. He’s always banged on about being able to retire comfortably I think he also said on record he was thinking quitting and he would be comfortable think it was after the Akavov stinker infront of less than 1000 people in a Scottish leisure centre. At that time he hadn’t fought for over a year and his biggest fights were Eubank and Lee which between them he would have been lucky to see a few hundred grand. Maybe he wasn’t telling the truth then and he can now after the big pay day he got but my point is he’s always been flash with money even when on paper he shouldn’t have been able to be. Dodgy guy.
Most likely. Can't see him ever leaving either as he isn't a massive ticket seller or very marketable so that rules Matchroom out.
It doesn’t really. Eddie thinks he’s Jesus and can turn water to wine, not only that but he would love to get one over Frank. I’m sure he’s got one fight left? Can’t see him leaving though.
Yeah he's always said that he'll be loyal to Frank so I'd be shocked if he left as well if he continues boxing. Hope he returns myself, he's a class act in the ring. Goes a bit too far out of the ring but we're not all perfect.
A light heavyweight according to Boxrec? http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/654017 Is there any news on any legal action against the MSAC?
