David Lemieux vs Tureano Johnson this weekend IS OFF!

Johnson can take some heavy punches, what people forget is that was Johnsons first fight coming off an injury and a long lay off. I'm not a fan of lemieux and if Johnson could use his brain and jab and move he could do well, however I have only seen him get into tear ups and one thing you dont wanna do is trade shots with Lemieux. When the bullets start flying I expect Johnson to get blown in the mids round.

 

And has been for years Lemieux..Shocking one punch power he has.

 

I think TJ has a solid beard. He took a ton of punches vs SD before cracking. That's probably worse than an early 1 punch KO.

 

Yeah I thought his team were really irresponsible if I had a guy in there taking that many punches coming off a long lay off I would off pulled him two rounds before the stoppage. He was competitive but he was getting worn down, imo he took way to much punishment I doubt he will be the same after that.

 

Johnson wins this.

 

Let's just say he won't lose by stoppage.

This was a fun fight, I was looking forward to it.

Lemieux probably moves up in weight but was on the shortlist for a future Alvarez fight so it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
