Yep, i believe that. Fielding and his team could of said no. To be honest if i got an option to face Canelo for loads of money i would take it, what an oppertunity, but they could of said no. This wasnt a great fight for Hearn to make, it certainly didnt WOW anybody and we all knew there was only ever going to be one winner in this fight.

But that doesnt change the fact that Canelo had to have his wraps changed. This fight was a complete mismatch yet team Canelo still tried to cheat. I know some may look at what i type and think "jeez hes going a bit over the top" maybe i am, maybe im not but i made it quite clear a good time ago that i give Canelo ZERO credit for anything he does in his career. I cant stand him, cant stand his team or his promoter. They are the biggest cheats this sport has ever seen. They have got away with it for years as this sport is pretty much lawless but its happening.

And the reason for so much hate is becuae i see Canelo as one of the best fighters in the sport. He is fantastic, what a fighter. Thats what makes all the blatant cheating they do seem even worse. Hes good enough to go through his career not cheating but they will and will even try it on in mismatches.

Yup, I concur.

As good as Canelo is - I think he is Grade A - they HAVE to rig the outcome in their favour purely because is the marquee cashcow of the sport and any blemish on his record devalues his marketability.

I do hope GBP and DAZN make a mistake in the next few fights and Canelo gets knocked spark out and this whole charade comes to an end.
