Fury felt Wilders power in the last round, I think Wilder finishes him quick next time

Relax son, it’s just the interweb. And besides, we can’t all be intellectual giants like Wilder and Khan ;)

Fury needs to calm down and he'll be fine. He'd be a lock to win if Peter Fury were in his corner.

Wilder has weighed as low as 207 pounds in his career. So being 212 isn't over trained. Wilder is just natural lighter for heavyweight standards. Fury was in Wilder's head? I think you are confused. Fury is the one who ran the whole fight. He clearly was intimidated by Wilder and had the fear of being knocked out in his head. I agree though with Wilder knocking Fury out easy if they rematch though.

    This is illogical.

Why would Fury avoid a rematch when he had such an easy time of it first go round? And why is Wilder, who was completely befuddled by Fury and now has to make up a ton of random excuses to explain away his performance, suddenly going to make easy work of him in a rematch?

Fury not only got into Wilder's head in the build up, he moved in and erected his whole fleet of caravans there in the aftermath. A fighter that can do that has already won the war.

Some interesting points made, I do wonder where Wilder will suddenly get all this boxing ability from.....

It only only took Wilder until the 9th round to do so: for the first 8 rounds, Wilder was getting clowned by Fury and was punching nothing but fresh air.

I'd argue it took until the twelfth round. The first knockdown was more a result of Fury getting sloppy than Wilder figuring him out. Wilder has very little success after that until the second knockdown.

Its clearly winning rounds. You only have to win the round not dominate it. You are relying on stats to much but if we go by your logic and go off stats fury still landed more punches. It's not a hard fight to judge. It's closer because of the knockdown s but fury should be wbc champion.

Don't really see the parallels with RJJ/Griffin. While RJJ lost the early rounds he wasn't getting outboxed like Wilder was he had already figured Griffin out he didn't just land a punch or two out of the blue and then get outboxed again, he had swung the momentum his way by making adjustments and it was pretty even on the scorecards leading up to the disqualification.

While Wilder had finally found his range and in the last round by straightening that right hand and dropping the trajectory to anticipate Fury's shoulder roll, after landing that he was out boxed again and even rocked. While he has figured a way to land the right hand he hasn't figured out a way to finish Fury without getting countered and hurt and then forced onto the back foot and dominated for the rest of the round.

Plus next time around he won't have all the advantages. Fury will have more leverage in the negotiations for the rematch as if he doesn't get Wilder he always has Joshua as an option for a big payday which wasn't viable before as Hearn wasn't interested until Fury had proven himself. Wilder had every advantage possible last time, small ring, padded ring canvas, home advantage and couldn't keep his titles without some very dubious scoring. Wilder will be a clear underdog in the rematch.

There is no way that Windy Miller is getting in the ring with Fury again, he knows he's got another 20 percent improvement in him at least and he'll want no part of that. The thing is Fury's a very intelligent fighter - when he's not punching his own face - whereas Windy Miller has that hammer punch and naff all else.
I fully expect him to sign up for the AJ fight and cash out, and why not good luck to him.

    Both scenarious:
Fight Fury in rematch = loss by wide decision
Fight AJ = knocked out by Round 6 at the latest
